  • PBC smoked salmon comes out just exactly correct on the Pit Barrel Cooker with grill inserted. My friend Elton's BBQ in Norway inspired this recipe! Thank you to my other UA-cam friends too.

    Great looking salmon brother! I will try that baste/marinade.. did you probe the salmon? I usually aim for 58 c /136;4 f when i make hotsmoked salmon.
