I remember watching this over 10 years ago. As a kid I had a lot of lucid dreams but i would always get scared and wake up. Now I can Lucid dream multiple times a night and I feel full control of my dreams. My favorite one felt like it lasted 40 minutes. Coming back and watching this is such a trip because I can personally say lucid dreaming is absolutely real and it's amazing.

My dad and I do it and it’s so cool, it sounds weird but I learnt to do it off of an og powerpuff girls episode where they were with the sand man I think and one of them has to think of tooth floss or something and they figure out that if you realise you’re in a dream you can learn to control your surroundings a bit, it’s hella cool, but as someone who, when they dream they always lucid dream, you also lucid dream when you’re not having the nicest of dreams and I’ve been stuck in a couple, my first nightmare was the worst it wasn’t paralysis, because I was standing up aware of surroundings a bit, but my eyes sealed shut, screaming for my mother but also dreaming that Peter Pan was kidnapping me and I was scratching at the corner of my room thinking it was the world closing behind us. Dreams are hella cool.

It has no basis in science
It's not teached in school because science in this world is based on a physical reality and that's why they can't teach us about the spiritual realms and the powers we can do because it's not physical it's spiritual. Most scientists will never understand what I just said because their minds are blocked by the knowledge they have been taught by society.
***** Because science is a physical subject and astral projection is a spiritual subject. They both don't go with each other and that's why it's so hard for scientists to figure this stuff out because astral projection doesn't work on a physical level it works on a spiritual level.

Had it happen once during surgery. I remember being told I will likely not remember anything of that day but while on the operating table my consciousness leaned up out of my body and I saw the doctor performing my surgery but only where my head would be lifted and I looked towards where my feet would be and there she was stapling me up.
When I woke up I told the nurse who woke me up I remembered everything from that day even the names of the people in the operating room. Later at my follow up the doctor confirmed every detail I gave about it and was amazed I had not only remembered the entire day but I did it under anesthesia and the influence of a Valium given before so I was calm. She said that it should have been the opposite and I should not have remembered anything.
I was indeed calm and watched with curiosity. It did cause me to wonder. Now I am more open to the idea and realized we were given far more power than we give God credit for. Pretty nice being to give us free will that extends beyond the physical world, you just got to get behind the idea that God never lied and never took free will away not in this life or the next and this is just utilizing that free will in a different way.

I woke up during surgery as well. I remember asking the doctor when he came to check on me when I was in my room about waking. He said I did and he answered my question so I would be quiet. Hope that makes sense.

@@clazzo6231 That whole idea of good vs. Evil or light vs . Dark needs to stop all that exists are different cultures with different ranges on a pleasure vs. pain spectrum. All are products of God's mind, much like in dreams a lot of the background characters are controlled and connected to your unconcious mind, and so are all you. Such is it in life and existence, all spirits are born from the same template, just so far removed from the original you hardly recognize yourself anymore. Think creating a character in a video game, its all the same template just overlayed with different colors, hairstyles, facial features, etc. customized till it no longer looks like the original but under all that, it is still the original just dressed in different costumes. Everything in existence is you, just dressed in different costumes experiencing a different role, culture and view point. It would help if you look into the concept of Seelie and Unseelie legacies portrayed in the game Changeling: The Dreaming(which is essentially about starseeds) and the concept of Actors and Nemesis in the game Changeling: The Lost

but If you mean when you rise out, feels like trillions of endorphins surrounding your body as you rise not too euphoric but calm and peaceful, but it's not endorphins that's just my description, just feels like, you know how you can feel sub bass at lower hz like 10-20-30-40hz but instead you can feel 270hz whilst you also hear a frequency at 400+ 1000+ and 2000+ and 4000+ 7000+ all modulating together that you can feel with your spiritual body as powerful and as heavy as a sub frequency would be felt on a powerful speaker set up, just vibrating your body as you rise out, it's cool stuff

I had an out of body experience while driving and I firmly believe it saved my life. I left the car and floated above the top about twenty feet up. I could see the top of my car going 85 down the interstate. I flew in and a closeup of my passenger side tire blowing. I suddenly got sucked back in. It freaked me out. I decided to get off the next exit. Started slowing down I got over to the far right lane. As I hit the ramp exit at 45 my front passenger tire blew 😭

I'm Brazilian and we have a LOT of information and sources of information about astral projection and anything related to spirituality in Portuguese. There are hundreds of websites, books and etc related to astral projection. There are even Brazilian "research organizations" (IPPB, IPC, etc) dedicated to exploring astral projection and other mysteries of conscience and soul. Surprisingly, this topic is not popular in North America, that's a bit sad. English is the universal language, thus if we had much information in English, the whole world would be able to enjoy it.
I think they have very purposely been trying to keep this stuff out of English culture. If everyone here meditated I doubt we would tolerate our governments f-ing over the rest of the world...

Studying this stuff instead of things we normally study in school could really mean a lot for humanity.
I've done this in 2011 and I floated to my friend's room, I floated to his doorway cut his room light 💡 on and save his life, keep in mind I never been in his room... The next morning he woke and came in the living room and said he was praying to God because he was in his sleep and being choked by a black silhouette, when he told God he didn't want to die and he said his room 💡 came on... And that's when I told him my side and fell to his knees in tears!!! Crying out to God above...💯💯💯🔭✔️

As a child I use to astral project every night for what felt like the first five years of my childhood and would have lucid dreams well up into adulthood. I have lucid dreams every once in a while now. I remember fly through downtown San Francisco once. It was awesome

Great idea about adding the journal/diary at the end. Writing down what happened during a dream or projection can really increase your recall.

Okay, spirit science i need you to read this. My first semester of college this year, I was sitting in the back of my music class extremely exhausted. I laid my head down on my desk, and after a few minutes, i shut my eyes. Out of nowhere, I saw the whole class, but everything was kind of in black and white. Every person had a whitish glow about them. It wasn't a glow you'd imagine though, everyone was just kind of shimmering. I saw every single detail of the class. I saw students writing, the teacher pacing, even my hand flat on the table. I stayed like this for 10 seconds maybe. Then I opened my eyes... When my eyes opened, everything was EXACTLY the same. The teacher was in the same spot, my classmates were all there, and my hand was in the same position. I want to know if this experience was astral projection. I dont think i left my body, but i swear to god, my eyes were completely shut. please respond. thank you
You were using astral sight, the glow you saw were your classmate's auras. You can learn to see them in day to day life too with a little practice and patience.

Richard, I always do kinda the same thing lol. That was my trick to sleep in class hahaha. I was half asleep, so I could still hear everything, but I was inside my imagination, dreaming.
The teacher always went "What did I just say, Patric?" and I'd just repeat the last sentence they said.

Since I was old enough to pronounce the word death, I was never scared of it. I never saw it as and ending.I understood everything far better and deeper than most people around me could comprehend. It took me one attempt to succesfully meditate into a higher state, which the people around me couldn't quite accept. It is now at the age of 20 that I understand that this world is maybe not yet ready for it. It is just not the right time yet I guess, that is why I keep most of my thoughts to myself. Thank you for this video !

Sebastian Caine Well for starters I always say it's all about energy. Think in the terms of energy. Energy doesnt dissapear into nothing or appear out of nothing. It simply transforms into something else (the laws of manifestation). Remember when Neo saw the city of light in the matrix and he said everything is light? Imagine life like that. When we die we give back what we borrowed and with that something new is created. When God/ the source made us he made us of his energy. He didn't simply create it out of nothing. And if he created everything out of the original energy then we all have the same origin. Everything and everyone is therefore connected. When I saw people die I felt this proces in a very calmed state. It wasn't an AHA moment but rather something that felt natural like breathing.
When I meditatet that first time I simply sat down and made myself calm. I asked my higher consciousness to connect with me. That I was ready and wanted to start the proces of the connection. Before I knew it I started having it really hot and everything around me became so bright I kept blinking even if my eyes where closed. I felt like being pulled out of my body and I saw a being of white light stretching his hands towards me. I felt it asking me to take it's hands and so I did and I thanked it. While it stroked my cheek I realized that I was being put back into my original state with thoughts of safety and the feeling that whatever I did it was just the beginning. Oh and it was :D
I think my purpose is to enlighten those who will listen, to bring awareness but not everyone is ready for it. I think most people are not yet ready for it because of fear. They are blocking themselfs and there is also a third party involved but this is a totally different story. My point is it is a too big of a picture to explain. There are a lot of other things that play a role so it's not really possible to look at it from one angle. But more and more people will awaken and this proces of awakening has just recently started :)
I actually watched this because last night I projected and I as I was coming out of my body I looked back at myself. Then I decided I wanted to fly outside so I flew right through the roof of my house! My conscious said fly into space but I limited myself because this was scary to me. I've only projected about 4-5 times and this time was by far the best experience. It felt so peaceful and it was amazing!

I remember stumbling upon this video in 2012, After just learning about lucid dreaming I was looking for a way stop losing time when I slept and lucid dreaming seemed like a great way. But then I discovered astral projection and that completely changed my life before I was what I would consider to be an atheist didn't think anything happened after death, the first time I successfully rolling out of my body slowly floating down to the floor I "stood up" saw myself laying there and proceeded to freak out for several seconds before literally jumping back into my body and shooting awake. since then iv had hundreds of experiences often times I will wake up into a state where I can choose to separate or force my body to wake up and out of that state and then go back to sleep sometimes it take several times forcing my eyes open to keep myself from slipping back into that state of conciseness its simply amazing to experience I think the unfortunate part is it can be hard to get that first experience especially if you have preexisting biases such as skepticism or religions blockers, the best thing you can do is keep trying and understand that you do it every single night without noticing. I have even passed out and ended up out of body for a few seconds before my body woke back up. Just because you don't remember it doesn't mean it didn't happen good luck to any new travelers I hope you find what it is that you want.
It makes me sad that so many haters have crawled onto the pages of these videos nowadays, it's all after Martymer81 started making his 'debunker series'. Now his fans feel cool by flooding the SS videos and spamming with their hate and rudeness and insults to all of us who actually enjoy the videos.

It's logic like that that makes the truth more difficult to find. People who thought the Earth was round? Just ignore them; they'll come to their senses and realize the Earth is really flat. People think there is no God? Just ignore them and God will descend from the heavens and smite them.

As a starseed I come back and watch this video whenever I feel like hope is lost and it always provides a massive amount of relief. Takes a big weight off my mind.

I have been to the hall of records and met with a man with robes who was seated in a place that looked like a courtroom. He reviewed my "performance" in this life with me and answered questions I had/still have about my purpose. There was no negativity just an aspect of learning and gentle guidance. I knew I could make choices and that I have free will to create whatever I want while on the earth plane. I was awake mentally but my body was almost asleep. the experience felt like it lasted for about 20 earth minutes but I was aware that in that space there was no "time" I don't feel as rushed to achieve as I did before because the take away, one of them, was that time is not real and I can feel free to dig in more. I guess I have a bad case of spiritual FOMO! I want to see and do it all :)

Astral projecting without reading up on all info known about the astral world is not a good idea. I had been trying for a long time and practically begging my guides to help me and I was never able. I just found out why. If you are a person full of fear, anxiety, etc., you may think (like myself) that astral projection can HELP. However, that's not always the case. I am someone who lives in fear and a deep state of anxiety a lot (being an empath in NYC doesn't help), so if I astral projected I could manifest these things in that realm. If you are a fearful person, the shadows, demons, etc. CAN hurt you. If you are someone who lives without fear they can't hurt you. Astral projection should only be done by those with a strong will of positivity. I'm still working on mind, admittedly. I only just discovered this and I'm glad my guides prevented me from projecting.

This happens to me. Sometimes I can feel myself sliding across my bed just before I shoot outside. Last time it happened, I took off as fast as I could away from the earth. I traveled like a rocket in a straight line as far as I could go. I just kept going and going, as fast as I could make myself go. I was heading out across the universe. Then I heard someone say something like "Oh Crap! Go get him." I don't know who caught me, but it took a lot out of them. I was also wiped out. We floated there for a little while, and then he brought me instantly to some place that was dark. It almost felt like I was in a cave. I could sense that he was next to me. He kissed my forehead and said "Open your eyes" I opened my eyes and I was back in bed. I felt wonderful. First time I have shared this story. I can't wait to do it again.

I dreamt of my dog that passed away about a month ago this morning, and it was very very intense. I remember asking my husband for a reality check in the dream and giving my fur baby pets.

I finally had my first intended astral projection experience this past morning! It was so short but insane. I had been trying for about a month. As I was trying, everything began how it usually did..my hands went numb..and then my mind went silent. I began trying all of these techniques to lift out of my body and ended up falling asleep during the process. I began dreaming and suddenly woke up. I realized I was in sleep paralysis and in the moment this female computer voice started speaking to me. It was so real, I can't believe it still. She was talking gibberish as if she was programming herself and then she said the words clear: "Welcome to the astral world. Here you begin" This was clear as it could possibly be, I am amazed my brain could manifest these words so clear! I felt the vibration of her voice in my ears like I had on headphones. She kept on speaking, she sounded like a computer for a spaceship that was programming itself for take off. She told me to sit up, and I did just that. I was fully conscious and realized I had just left my physical body. It felt so real. I was weightless, sitting up right in my bed and I knew my body was behind me laying down. I moved my fingers around and I was convinced it was my physical body..it felt too real!! I moved my legs and feet and wiggled even more out of my physical, this was fascinating. Next thing I couldn't open my eyes and panicked. This made me go back into my physical body and I woke up. I was so amazed by this short experience...astral projection is real..

This happened to my mother once and I was so fascinated by her story that I keep thinking about it from time to time and try to wrap my mind around the fact that we know so little about how our world and the universe work. She saw her body laying on the bed while her soul was just hanging in the left corner of the room right under the ceiling. I guess her astral projection happened unintentionally, and I remember her telling me that she was scared she would not get back into her body.

wow! tHE 10 MILLION LIGHTNING BUGS, AS THEY TEACH ME HOW TO DANCE is exactly what I experienced on my first astral projection.
I felt God. I can't describe it any better than that. Just God. He or She was not a gender. Was warm and inviting. Almost
forced me to dance with it. The only way I can describe it is 1,000 angles of a crystal with light shining in each side. So beautiful. The most radiant energy I have ever seen. SOOO MUCH LOVE poured from this energy that I was physically crying on my bed in my physical body.
I will never be able to recreate something like that, but i will say, I KNOW there is some sort of God out there. I know, because I have felt it. the most loving and warm love I've ever experienced. far more than the love of our mothers. Surpasses anything I've ever felt!
Makes me believe that praying every night before bed and going to be happy helps create these realities when we're sleeping. To me, hell is a creation of our mind and it's only when we are in a dark place and DIE THERE that we are bound to hell. So, becoming a better person on earth and loving others and God makes for a VERY happy time in the astral realm. Trust me.

One time when I was telling my friend about lucid dreaming, in a dream, and I said "the way you find out if you're dreaming is you count your fingers. If something seems off, you're probably dreaming." Then, I started to demonstrate to my friend by counting my fingers. I noticed I had 2 thumbs. I'm like "that's weird. Why do I have 2 thumbs?" I continued to count my fingers over and over again getting more and more confused and the thought that I might be dreaming, never crossed my mind.

I started astral projecting last April. Never really knew about it and when I first learned about it I was skeptical. Then it happened without even trying and sometimes I can do it multiple times a week or even in one night. I’m trying to travel every where I can. I wish I knew about it years ago. I’ve been missing out on so many adventures. It’s an amazing feeling.

@@yamama2519 well for me it tends to happen more when I have slept part of the night then I’m up for an hour or so because I’m having trouble sleeping. But what I do is lay on my back and I don’t move at all. I’ll start to get random itching on my body but I won’t scratch the itch. Also Sometimes I’ll start to feel some vibrations but not always. I try to keep my mind awake as my body starts to fall asleep. I like to imagine there’s a rope hanging above me from the ceiling and I am pulling myself up towards the ceiling in my mind. I’ll do that over and over sometimes or I’ll picture myself on the ceiling looking down at myself. At some point I’ll start to get into sleep paralysis (which used to be a scary experience for me) but that is where if you don’t panic you basically just tell yourself you want to leave. And it seems to happen for me. I’ll either float up or fall out of my body. (I’ll first hear some noise in my ears Either a swoosh sound or wind chimes.) Some people can roll out onto the floor. You can also use a lucid dream to astral project. How I’ve done that is just told myself “I don’t want to lucid dream. I want to have an out of body experience. I want to leave my body” and usually I will find myself floating on my ceiling and I can leave my house from there. It doesn’t always work out but it does a lot of the time for me.
I find also listening to Lucid dream and Astral Projection frequency music that I found on UA-cam seems to help. I like to listen to that sometimes when I’m gonna go to sleep. Just for maybe 15 minutes to a half an hour.

Used to astral project when I was a kid. I accomplished this by biting my tongue right before falling asleep and somehow I would be able to pull myself out of the dream state and float around. Used to watch my neighbor make coffee before I woke up! Worked about half the time. Unable to do it nowadays, but it was fun. I even visited space once until I was plummeted down back into my body after flying as fast as I could upward. Awesome experience.

There were/are so many times I would dream about something happening and the event would occur a week, 2 weeks, or maybe months down the road and always just thought hmm maybe it's deja vu and this video helped explain so much of it. An unusual good thing about astral projection is that it can make it feel like we live physically longer. We spend around 1/3 of our physical lifetime sleeping, so that's a bunch of time, around 8 hours, that just disappears. Since astral projection is done while the body is asleep, you are using that time. Time is also non-existent in the astral plane. You could be sleeping and be in the astral for what feels like an entire week, but when you wake up, it's only been a few hours. Things are different when time doesn't exist.

My experience with him is that I am dreaming, but I keep dreaming, and when I dream, I go back to dreaming and discover that I am dreaming, and when I discover that I am dreaming, it means that I am dreaming, and when I dreamed, I knew that I was dreaming, and this is how I discovered that I was in reality and came out not dreaming.

I had a really vivid OBE while on mushrooms. Kinda hard too discribe... I felt myself lift from my body, My field of vision correlated, I floated higher towards the ceiling. I felt pure bliss, then thought "Everyone should feel this way"
Then suddenly I realised I had left my body, thought I died, got scared, then quickly plopped back into my body threw my chest.
I felt like I experienced what it was like to die. Afterwards my fear of death lessen.
Earlier that same trip I seen the world spit. It was like looking at myself in the mirror.

As a part of learning Astral projection, I have tried a heroic dose of psilocybin, and had the craziest example of flying through space and time. Was the most intense spiritual experience of my adult life and made it easier for me to Astral project as time goes on.

They can but they don't necessarily see. Robert Bruce helped blind people AP and they had a feeling for where everything is, like you can imagine how far the wall is behind you, they could kind of see it but not in the same way. We recreate what is familiar.

@@InnerLuminosity Wow ! That spunds amazing, i have tried to do it and was very successful, did it in like 4 mins or so.. And when i did that i could see theought my eyelids, and i felt like i was spinning in all directions, then i felt like i was floating, and even if my body was staring to the ceiling my astral one was looking to the door wich was slightly moved to the left..The weird thing is.. It was quite daek.. not so dark you wouldnt see. But just dark enought so youll need to focus..Then i got scared that i will see a demon or something since this was at night and everyone was sleeping and so i came back to my physical body...
Since i just stayed in the astral realm for like 7 secs i dont know what's really in there, but it was very interesting and surreal experience, however my fear of the uknown takes me everytime and all these dleep paralasis stories dont help...

So true, once you separate from your body all fears about death cease. I always had death anxiety until I coded and crossed to the other side temporarily. It was so warm and comforting, when I decided to return to my human body and woke up out of a 26 day coma, I remembered crossing, and was no longer afraid of human life ending
I know what you mean. I briefly experienced it. I kinda willed it. It’s that time between consciousness and going to sleep. It’s in between the two. If you will it, you may get to that level. You can’t have stress or something on your mind. You won’t get there. You have to be totally free of earthy limitations. It’s only happened to me twice but it’s a wonderful feeling.
