My 8year old daughter just told me the other day of a “dream” but it wasn’t a “dream” .. she was awake and floating through the house. Saw all of us sleeping. I knew exactly what it was as it’s happened to me also .. it really was a wonderful way to open the door to such a young mind to these conversations.

None Ya I know I was never taught that. I remember laying on my back in bed, in the middle of the day, with my eyes closed.. and just drifting off.. not into a sleep, but aware of my surroundings and flying where I wanted. It was pretty cool. I never told anyone this.

I've been in crazy places, seeing some crazy things, while telepathically communicating with orbs and other forms of life.
What I can tell you for sure is that there is more to our existence than this life. We go on after this body, and your actions here reflect where you'll be heading afterward. It's not so much a heaven or həll, but there is good and evil, and the evil will make Hitler shake in his boots. The good is so beautiful you'll weep at the very sight of it.
I was told this life is basically a test to see where you fit in the afterlife. Another thing is, suicide ends your existence. Don't kill yourself.
Existence is endless.
I believe that after suicide the spirit is stuck somewhere but it can eventually become free again when it realizes what happened to them (as in the film astral city)

My son said when he was 5 that he was a star (others too) and that then it was dark and then he was born. He didn't watch any shows with stars and we didn't talk about God often as we should've. Kids these days are being born smarter, wiser.... idk...but I'm starting to think reincarnation is not as crazy as it sounds.
Kids are born with imagination. And they pick up on EVERYTHING. They don’t have to watch a show to absorb an idea. They hear it one time, eavesdropping on the bus or wherever, and it’s absorb. I don’t know how many times I’ve thought “man, where did she (my kid) hear that from?”
Gaia has changed my life and made me feel not alone, it’s also very personal for me. I wish people were awake to this!

One survey of astral projectors showed that only 30% of them have vibrations (so around only one in every four). They are just a side effect that some get while trying to project. (I hardly ever have vibrations). Even if you are one of the people who do get them, you still will probably need to learn how to get out from there. when I was just a kid my mother told me that i sleep walk often until my dad one night that I went running toward him slap me in the face so hard that I woke up and never did that again.
During the years I had many sleep paralysis (that I hate so much) and from nowhere i began to experience a high pitch whistle or vibrations through the whole body that become pretty stressful until one night i had my first experience with the usual high whistle sound that I don't know why but i choose to increase it till the point that I found my self floating above the body and I normally freaked out and woke up straight away but I understood something that night.
Now is been a few years from the first time and I can induce the out body experience and I learn how to fly, float, trespass walls etc...
Is a beautiful experience that I advice to everyone else that have any interest and in my case I still map the boundaries each time I go through and I keep learning new things about those dimensions. I can just say that I got many more questions about afterlife than before.

Oh my gosh, you aren't! I thought the exact same thing but after I did what you read in my comment, I realised that something wasn't wrong with me and the fact that happened to me spontaneously explained to me that like near death experience statistics that only a percentage of population had those kind of vision, I was olso automatically included in a similarly percentage section, like you are!
Now is up to you to test or not my advice on trying to increase the noise or not, the only thing I can say that im100% sure is that you must be able to keep your thoughts positively and if you manage to stand up leaving your body you will find hard to stay calm and controlling the excitement but each time you will be sucked back in your body don't move a finger and don't wonder to much with your mind and you will be able to keep leaving your body for 5/6 time and enjoy your experience. Hope I didn't bother you too much.

A couple years ago, I made it out of body twice. Want to go at it again.
I’ve experienced the whistling also as a teenager. And would often get sleep paralysis. I didn’t know what it was and it scared me to the point that I would do things and try to find ways to keep it all from happening. Now I know what it is and I want to get out of body and it’s not as easy!

Tried most things and failed (kept falling asleep or scaring myself), but it wasn't until I ¹q lucid dreaming that it finally worked.
Just came out of a dream one am early and thought 'I wonder if I can sit up'. So I did. Then I thought, 'well, if I open my eyes, it will be blackness', but it wasn't. It was vision clearer than normal, which was shocking.
So I got up and walked around the living room. I could hear others out in the darkness trying to get my attention, but I ignored them and focused on feeling the carpet under my feet. I couldn't. There was no sensory feedback with the exception of sight.
Floated around a bit, turning in the air, and tried to get the cat's attention (fail!). Then I laid back down into my body and woke up super happy and excited. It was an awesome first full-body escape! 😎

✨I’ve astro travelled once and I remembered, it was extremely interesting. I hovered above my body looking down upon myself as I slept. Then I received a message from a figure, it wasn’t in an audible language that we can understand, I just knew something was wrong. Then my mother came in to wake me. I watched her do so as I slept, upon waking she had told me my grandmother had just passed away. It was truly remarkable. I wasn’t a believer until that moment.
Having faith is to take a step up a staircase, without seeing the first step. Something I’ve struggled with, until now.✨

I have Astral traveled once in my life (very recently) and I have no clue how I even did it. It was a beautiful experience and only lasted for about an hour (earth time) but felt like an eternity (space time). Coming back to my body was strange. I couldn't figure it out at first and was unsure if it was the correct version on "me" that I left behind. As strange as it sounds, you won't believe it until you experience it. I always was fascinated by Astral travel but I was skeptical about it until I actually experienced it. Best feeling/experience I've yet had.
Vatican is hiden our true origins and this supernatural powers ,so this year is their last chance ,they want so badly to keep us down in density ,they cant do it without low vibrations energy from all atrocity on Earth .

When I was in my mid-teens, I was able to astroproject.

I'm finally at the right place on UA-cam and don't feel weird to find out there's so many others like me or have similar experiences. I've been this way my whole life. My dreams are never like dreams. So real that whenever I eat or smell within it, I can taste the food and feel everything that whenever I wake up, sometimes I bring that back with me. Ex:if someone hits me, I'd wake up feeling that pain at that part of my body and it's so odd. Only to find out that my mother too is a dreamer. She always help me with understanding mine visions.

Okay, sooo... I had never astral projected before. In fact I didn't
even know what that was. I had recently move to Denver, CO. I was
really involved in meditation. I was not happy with the reality in
which I was living, so to escape, I would meditate long hours at a time.
One night or morning (3 am), I had just finished with a extremely
refreshing meditation. I turned over on my right side (the side I
normally sleep on) when I started getting a sensation of being scanned.
It started at the top of my head and would swoop downwards toward my
feet and then reverse. This went on for several minutes. It was like
ecstasy. I just laid there enjoying every moment. It was like a
powerful electromagnetic field was tracing over my body. Then suddenly
it stopped and I started hearing a static clicking in my head. First it
was short pulses, then it became longer and more intense as it
progressed. I wasn't more than 10 times maybe less. Suddenly, I rolled
out of my bed and onto my feet. As I was "rolling" it felt as if I
were being torn away like Velcro. There I was standing on my feet. I
was wide awake and had been so through the whole event (and would
continue to be so). I could see everything in my room and out my
bedroom door looking down the hallway. As I was looking down the
hallway in my apartment it was if I began to be sucked off my feet and
in a flash, I WAS FLYING! I was not asleep. I kept telling myself
"Dude, you are not sleeping, you are awake dude, you are awake. Oh my
God! What's going on?" I could feel the wind in my hair. I could hear
the swoosh. I could feel every inch of my body just as naturally as I
normally would. Within about 10 seconds I landed on the bulwark of
what I believe to be about a six story building. I could see the street
below and the streetlights shining. I could see cars moving.
Suddenly, I thought to myself, "Dude, you're really afraid of heights."
As soon as I thought that, someone was standing behind me. He slid his
hands under my arms and rapped his arms around my chest. A voice in my
head said, "Don't worry, I won't let you fall." I started to turn my
head to look back to see who it was. When I did this, he turned his
head back also and the voice in my head again spoke. This time it said,
"Sorry but I can't let you see my face." I looked back forward. I
looked at my surroundings. I thought to myself, "Why am I here? What
am I supposed to see? This is real. This isn't a dream." Suddenly, I
got this incredible itch on my nose, but I didn't want to move to
scratch it. I wanted everything to stay the same. But I couldn't stand
it any longer and reached to give it a quick scratch. That's when I
got sucked in reverse back into my body. I leaped out of my bed and
started up and down the hallway to my living room back and forth. I was
so excited. I wanted to tell somebody. I almost went to the phone.
But, then I thought, "You can't call people at this time of the morning,
besides they will just think you are crazy." That being said, I don't
talk to people about it. I was going to leave the part about my nose
itching out, because that in itself sounds pretty dumb. But that's what
happened so I decided to tell the truth and leave it in. So there it
is. My first Astral Projection and I wasn't even trying to.

I haven't experienced anything strange since last March when I woke up and found a guy in my room looking through my stuff. He was only a few feet away. I saw him clearly. I always lock the door to my bedroom at night, so I couldn't figure out how he got in. I yelled at him, saying, "What are you doing!." I threw a pillow at him, at which time he desolved. He didn't just disappear. He resolved. Crazy huh?
Okay, so I’ll just put this out here; I’ve been astral traveling since I was a young child so I can honestly say, this video is excellent information. There are many methods to achieve astral traveling but if I were just starting, I would definitely follow her advice. Thank you, GAIA, and Theresa. 💞👏🥰💞

How did u do it
@@KennethU Hi Kenneth. Before I meditated, I set the intention as to where I wanted to go. I had already been there a couple of times during regression therapy, so I knew where I was going. I then meditated for around 15 to 20 minutes (didn’t time it so not completely sure how long it was) then I followed the same process and path I had done during regression and found my way to the space between lives. I’m no expert, so I cannot describe the process better unfortunately. I think I was just fortunate to have done it with a guide a couple of times prior

I've been astrotraveling all my life since I was a little boy and I didn't know it until recently. I still do it to visit places I used to know when I was growing up, and sometimes to shed light to my daughter's, mother and other family members and some people that I know they need love and light. This is very interesting...
I left my body once involuntarily. absolutely mind blowing.
Time is precious, I can sympathise with the need to skip straight to the method.
However, I have learned so much more, and I have more confidence in applying the technique, after spending a little time to study the intro to it.
I feel as though I have learned more from this video than some books that I have read on the subject.

I have been having an experience while meditating recently, which your teachings here describes precisely. I see what I perceive to be the Eye of Source. As I focus on the eye, it seems to open wider, enough to make me want to look further. I have not entered the eye, as I was a bit afraid, but your description of the tunnel, and the graphics in the video is exactly what I saw. Thanks for sharing your experience, I now feel that I can safely enter.

Ive floated out of my physical body a few times. 1st couple times i freaked out and boom,, i was back, but another time i just went with it. It was so awesome. I floated outside late at night and had a pretty unique experience however, i ended up getting kinda worried and was thinking that I wouldn't make it back. Next thing i know im back in my bed waking up. I haven't really tried it again since that last time.
I Astral Travel to three different areas. Earth, underground and space. I see the most intense color patterns that swirl and morph into crazy shapes at fast speed. Usually takes about 20 seconds for the show to start. But, once in its the most amazing experience you will ever comprehend.Completely awake and aware of everything that’s going on!

I want to astral travel every night, lucid dream every night, gain grand and exceeding wisdom, have a kundalini awakening, rise to my highest spiritual being.
Don't ever try to force your body to experience kundalini, its extremely dangerous and can cause years of physical pain.
Start by caring and loving yourself and meditating. Start to do yoga that is one of the best spiritual tools

My gift of travel lets me concentrated my "beingness" in the 9th realm. This is experienced by firmly planting my "beingness" in the eighth and projecting to the ninth. It is here one finds the portal to the pure god worlds. There is nothing relatable or recognizable here. The closest familiar idea is light and sound and love as one thing. I know my higher self dwells on the eighth plane of consciousness...

@@alevelpastpapers6220 there's a book called "out of body experiences" by Robert Peterson. Some other good ones that touch on the subject are the "psychic witch" by Mat Auryn. There's also " inner alchemy" but I can't remember who wrote it and another good one is "Be here now" by Ram Dass.

Thanks for sharing this. I have experienced this happening to me few times, unconsciously, and i came out freaking out. then it would not happen for some time then again for another couple of days. When I don't freak out, it continues. Somehow i feel like the universe is testing my ability to handle it. Sometimes i am in my room, other times to other places, above the power lines. Will be great to explore this consciously. From my experience, it is worth trying consciously.

Massive heart pounding, straight upward acceleration, then I broke through what felt like water sort of, (much lighter density) similar to surfacing while swimming. Still, Black Space with white stars around me, I could feel my body was present yet I couldn't see myself, after a few minutes I began to worry about how to get back down. That was over a year ago, and I haven't tried it again since. 😇
Wow that's crazy to read, a few days ago in meditation I also got the massive heart pounding, upward acceleration and felt like I was going to explode or something

My favourite part of this video as it's so important and most youtube videos have nothing on that "Let's take a look at some of the dos and don'ts" 1/Be respectful. Respect privacy and freewill. I found out about that the hard way when I tried to visit someone at home without asking him permission. It turned out he had protective wards/astral protection around his house and I got caught in it. The harder I struggled, the harder it squeezed me and held me (imagine a boa construction at you, this is what it was like). I could not get free of it so was stuck out of body due to this and terrified. I only finally got it to release me when I sent my intent to it that I hadn't gone there to do harm.
Another time I came across reptilians who were having a meeting and some high command person reptilian was speaking to the others. I was terribly rude as I thought it would be funny to intrude on what was obviously an important to them meeting so I went into the room and yelled out at them "hey Lizzies". The next night they came to my home astrally and tortured me to teach me a lesson!
Another time I was almost killed when I was doing something I should not have done while out in the astral plane and unknown to me, what I was messing with obviously someone must have put a protection spell on it with a demonic guardian (I was messing around with an Egyptian tomb, thought it would be fun to lay in it and pretend to be a vampire), this being I didn't realize it was there until it followed me back to my body and attacked me in body. It actually almost killed me. I could not PHYSICALLY breath as it breathed a thick air into my face until another being came and took the demon away. I staggered to my mirror and saw it was true that I really hadn't been able to breath, my face was pale, red and blue (my lips blue). I then sat up all night crying terrified that I almost died. So yeah, the don'ts while astral protecting are quite important. As long as I behave myself I dont have trouble out there.
Haha that's a funny story breaking up that reptilian meeting, however the revenge torture was probably not as fun. Either way I'd be curious to hear more you seem to have had many experiences! Stay safe out there, thank you for helping others to find the way

OMG once again I'm receiving confirmation from the universe via this video. Since I was around 19 Atwood astro travel and I always said there is no cord connecting your spirit tear sleeping body I said that was ridiculous. yes this is true I was told that in younger age about the etheric cord of celestial light platinum and its by it we are brought back to our bodies and we may get lost exactly as you say and this is the reason I always panic when I fell it coming thinking that its death so never had the guts to take the experience while completely conscious about it.
I was able to achieve obes in the past after 2 months of practice. It’s not hard, but requires daily practice and good glandular function. I was able to enter sleep paralysis easily after sleeping, and after more practice I was able to enter SP without sleeping at all - it was very strange feeling. When I was in SP I felt intense vibrations and noises like a white noise allover my body. From the state of SP you can have remote viewing and astral travel. There are yogic techniques to help achieve normal (or super normal) glandular function. Porn and drugs are destructive for the nervous system and glands. The glands are the link between the physical and the spirit. And no, it's not a dream. I was able to observe things in my house while I was out of my body and later verifying them with my mom. At some point I stopped with astral travel because fear mostly.. I hope to start again and explore the universe and knowing myself as a being better.

How do you explain dreams that would actually happen in real life? I usually have them. Like when I was younger I had a dream that my father and I were holding each other and looking at our rice field but the soil was so dry and had cracks, then that year it had "El Nino" or dry season, a lot of farmers were not able to plant rice or the rice did not grew well. It was a tough year for us.

I was a bouncer in NYC for almost 20yrs. I’ve always been an A type personality, but I’ve never felt a fear grip me like it did last night. What can I do to protect myself
I've had quite a bit of past experience in astral projection and thought nothing out there could harm me until one night something followed me back to my physical body and attacked me while in that almost killing me. Another being saved my life. Now I always try to make sure Im protected. One can ask whatever you believe in for protection while doing this or call in a high guide to help protect you. One can also use astral shields by imagining one around oneself to keep things out when astral projecting and following the advice given in this video will help too
It has happened to me and my mother too when she was pregnant with me and almost died there. She was out for almost 24 hrs. My auntie who is a medium saw her floating and help guide her back into her body. My whole life My dreams has been different. I'm different. My mother family calls it in Africa "being a head dreamer" bc we see things and astro travel a lot that come to past. Idk. It's weird. But I just pray.
