0.5mm thickness is much easier to draw compare to the 0.7 provided by simpleshot. I am a right handed guy but I am much comfortable to use the left hand to pinch the pouch.

You're right about the thickness. I usually order my rubber by the sheet and cut my own band sets. I usually like em tapered.

You have your plugs in the wrong side. The bearings should be facing you.
