Between these two, just consider do you want the one without day or just date. As brand goes, Doxa is more "respected". Another tips: look at @1:13 and ask yourself which one speaks to you more. Mido leans towards dressy while doxa more toolish especially the side case profile.

The Doxa will fit a small wrist better, 45mm lug to lug and the case shape make it wear like 40mm (although it is 42mm).
Is the Mido a little bit bigger? I was about to buy Doxa but worried it may be a little small on my 7.25” wrist
The doxa wears a little bigger, but not dramatically
