Hi Conor, I can relate to a lot of your story. Realized I had some internal work to do after struggling and not really reaching my potential in life. I went through all kinds of coaching programs, therapy, and various modalities. Wasn't until 2022 that I discovered IFS and that's when things really shifted for me. I remember the moment I realized: "Oh, I'm actually not defective and broken but instead of I have an incredible self-loving, self-protective system that makes complete sense!" Been doing IFS mostly on my own but I will say it does help to have support of others who understand, validate and empathize.
Hi Conor, this is Jade. So happy to meet you the other day! Thank you for this video and sharing your personal experiences with IFS with honesty and vulnerability. It is encouraging to know how you have been able to heal from addiction and other aspects of your life. I hope I can share my own healing story with others soon and similarly encourage others.
Great to find you! I find it encouraging every time I stumble into an authentic soul modeling the true meaning of “self-help” with self directed work. I’ve worked in the system and very aware of the arguments made for maintaining the status quo regarding “licensure & liability”. Thanks for reinforcing our own capacity with your story!
I relate to ur story very much. I do IFS on my own and also with people on zoom. Its a daily practice and a way of life. Some days managers take control and thats fine because that's life but I really try to be there for whatever part or exile that is loudest at any given time. And dropping into self feels so beautiful
I've been following you (and Brittany) for quite a few years now and I thank you for sharing your journey, with vulnerability and transparency, super helpful to know how people have integrated IFS in their lives. IFS helps me so much, it is very powerful, extremely empowering in my personal life but also in my professional life. Cheers from Montreal
Internal Family Systems Therapy (Richard Schwartz) . It is not family therapy. It refers to all the parts that we have inside of us. Hope this helps. 🙂
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us. You’re doing the good work, sir!

I love IFS and love that you encourage people to have agency over their own practice of IFS to experience healing. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video.
I just learned about IFS about three days ago and happened upon you.
I’m blown away by it.
Thanks again
Many thanks Connor, what a gift you and your channel are so empowering to me

Wow I would never have thought you were in deep with all that. How did you not die from your withdrawals. I am so glad you found healing.
Blessings to you and yours always. 🙏
