This is one of those moments within Naruto that I like to visit quite often. That’s not just because I love everything about Team Minato, but also because the events that transpire here are the exact thing that drives the story forward. The meeting of Obito and Madara, as well as the Death of Rin, are what drives forward the secret Antagonist Obito. Obito had a lot of actions in the series that steered it in a very particular direction. It would be interesting to see how his absence might change the series. While he was a part of the Akatsuki, up until the death of Nagato, he was not in charge. After Nagato, he was put in charge. But beyond that, the Akatsuki would function the same to a point. Not EXACTLY the same, but close enough. So, without waiting too much longer, let’s give Obito a legitimate reason to be on the monument dedicated to fallen heroes.

Wait, how the hell did Pain manage to beat all the Uchiha, Minito, jinchuriki Kusihina, and the rest? Man would have been folded flatter than a pancake.
What I don’t understand is how Pain would succeed in getting the nine tails. Minato, who would now be in his prime, would be in the leaf village. Minato would fold Pain and protect the leaf.
I can imagine Himawari Namikaze having red hair, blue eyes and three fox whiskers on her face.
Sadly she is only there just for cameo. She never gets screentime in this what if. Amagi pulls a tenten on her.
Can you imagine if she had a role in this series. I would imagine she would appear in some episode where she had a crush on sasuke and naruto gets jealous and overprotective on his sister and their rivalry got even bitter and bitter over himawari namikaze
When you think about it, not only obito is the reason for the whole naruto story, but even one change in his life heavily affects the timeline
Thats not actually how sakumos story goes, it did result in the mission failing but that didnt directly cause deaths he eventually ended his life because he was mocked and hated for failing the mission and it was the actions of his peers rather than direct guilt
Edit: hated might not be the right word; maybe shamed or ostracized.
2 things i disagree about:
1- The akatsuki would not hunt tailed beasts because tobi manipulated them into doing that.
2- given Itachis caring nature and that he would sacrifice everything for his brotherlus the fact that his dad is alive i think they would keep a close eye on sasuke because they know orochimaru is after him
Number three if the uchiha massacre was never planned shisui would not have died thus itachi wouldnt have awakened the ms
Number 4 - With all of the Uchiha's alive there is little reason for Orochimaru to want Sasuke specifically, he only did originally because he couldn't have Itachi while they were both Akatsuki members.
5. Minato wouldve taught naruto his flying rijin and would escape the ice prison leading to kakashi surviving.
and having the Uchiha still living, Kakashi would have people who could taught him how to effectively use his sharingan (as well as the techniques).
I don't think Zabuza would be who he is either because Obito never manipulated Yagura. So the Blood Mist never happened.

A little fun fact here and a mistake you made (I think I could be wrong). Naruto's last name should still be Uzumaki. The whole reason is wasn't Namikaze was because they didn't want Minato's enemies coming after Naruto and I get that he could be protected but he could still be targeted for ransom so they stuck with Uzumaki. I think it would still apply but feel free to comment why not I'm very curious about it tbh.
Edit: Naruto would have the rasengan already learned by the Land of waves arc. Makes practical sense. Original timeline was like 3 weeks. Here he had much more time and would have practically begged his father to teach it to him. Something else to note is sasuke would be sleeping with his family. I doubt Itachi wouldn't notice and sasuke would probably scream for his brother anyway. Itachi annihilates the sound 4 and sasuke is in one piece imo

Giving your kid a fake name because you are afraid of the smoke it may bring is a really weak move for a leader of one of the biggest villages to be doing.
There is something admirable to be said about proudly standing by a family name even if it brings you even if it brings you enemies.
@@IsaacClodfelter Fake name? its not fake. Just uzumaki instead of namikaze. Mothers last name instead of fathers. That limits the enemies. Also nobody would really know Naruto is Minato's son which is a really good thing. Look in konohamaru's case. He was mad that everyone reffered to him as 3rd hokages grandson instead of his actual name. What's wrong with standing by the uzumaki instead of namikaze? Also look at hinata's kidnapping when she was like 5. Do you think the hokage wants smt like that?
@@bruhfrfrbruh it isn't literally a fake name but it is his mother's maiden name. He was named as such so no connection could be made between him and the fourth hokage.

There are so many mistakes in this what if like the fact that naruto failed the graduation exam three times in the original timeline, so if his parents were there they would never let him not study so he wouldn't fail meaning he wouldn't be on the same team as Sasuke and Sakura

Something to point out. Obito eliminated the members of the original Akatsuki except for Yahiko, Nagato and Konan, and left the three to Hanzo. It’s possible that Obito being dead might cause a very different Akatsuki to exist in the modern day, or at least a different Nagato.

So... what is Himawari's role in this story like at all? I mean, she existed as just a background character? However, this is one of the best I've seen on this channel because I've seen something differently positive that restored my faith in how difference can things be in the vast multiverse.

I think you're wrong about Nagato/Pain. Obito was the one who manipulated the Akatsuki to go after the Tailed Beasts, so without him, there wouldn't really be a group trying to collect them until Momoshiki comes around and then KARA after him. Unless you replace Obito with Black Zetsu, in which case the fight against Kaguya would still happen.

I personally think Kakashi wouldn't've just left Inari and his mom by themselves. He's a smart guy, he would realize that, especially after that long of shinobi protecting the bridge builder (blanking on his name) there would have to be a point when Gato would attack his family to get to him. I'm sure at some point Kakashi would decide to start leaving one of the genin behind to protect them, not necessarily Naruto (I also kinda think part of the reason he left him behind in the original timeline was to protect them not just let him sleep, just didn't say that so as not to worry the two of them off of a hunch), but any of the three could be left behind. My assumption for this timeline would be Sakura or maybe rotating the three.

and with how things changes, I somehow believe that Hiruzen or maybe even Minato himself will want Tsunade to return, to lead the healer ninja squad to teach them since Tsunade IS the best healer ninja. Maybe the Uchiha would request it personally after Itachi got to sick (and no healer could do anything about it).

Okay, I could be wrong, but if Obito doesn't die and the Kyubi's attack on Konoha doesn't happen then the Uchiha Massakar wouldn't happen either. But that also means Itachi will never awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan since Danzo doesn't try to kill Shisui.
Also, Orochimaru probably wouldn't leave the Akatsuki as he never met Itach and thus doesn't know what a Mangekyo Sharingan is capable of and thus may never develop the desire for an Uchiha body.
Also, Obito's death would mean that Zabusa would probably not have attempted a coup in Kirigakure since Yagura would not have been trapped in Obito's genjutsu and would have ruled even more harshly than usual in Kirigakure.
The thing with Pain and the Akatsuki might never have happened since Zetsu would have been less successful in convincing Nagato.

The problem here is why is Orochimaru in the Forest of Death when the Uchiha massacre didn’t occur? In the other videos when that happened, he didn’t appear. Why is this so inconsistent?
