On the subject of psychiatric counseling: I took my daughter who was struggling with gender dysphoria due to molestation for counseling, and out of concern that she would be affirmed in it, I asked for a counselor who had a religious/spiritual approach. She ended up with a new age-leaning counselor who introduced chakras, etc. Thankfully she had some sound guidance as well, but it has taken awhile for our daughter to move on from the “Mother Earth” philosophy. Sadly, there is a lack of counselors who have a worldview founded on the Bible, not corrupted by the mainstream ideology.

I could even study the beaks of finches in the Galapagos Islands but still reject the non christian findings of the first guy who did that.
