Installing a post phase inverter master volume on a 1965 Vox AC-50. Music recorded with this amp: open.spotify.com/track/5eujjT... open.spotify.com/track/24qpEe...
Noted an error here, from 13:35 until the end of the video, the preamp tube in V1 is the old Mullard ECC82/12AU7. I'm not switching back to the ECC83/12AX7.
That thing sounds great now. Try våtrumssilikon as glue. Just a thin layer. Then, tape it again to hold it in place. Let the silicone dry for 24 hrs then remove the tape. Uncle Doug is awesome.

This is probably the best sound demo video for the AC50 around. great demo. Very clean and no bullshit. you also play very well.
Thanks.
Thank you, that’s very kind! It does sound great, especially with the Celestion Gold in a good cabinet.
It is a Mk III. Mk II was same cabinet but tube rectification, Mk I was a small box.
It actually is a Mk II, the 5 volt winding of the power transformer was burned sometime along its history and the tube rectifier replaced with diodes.

ShamelessMan, thanks! I will try that.
