Also AWD cars can barely powerslide, because the front wheels pull the car forward, so you can't power over, which is what a powerslide is: "Powerslide driving, a throttle-on induced oversteer. Initiating a drift (oversteer) by applying the throttle in a turn enough to make the rear wheels break traction and slide out" Kids, stop talking when all your knowledge comes from videogames or whatever...
Christoffer Ramussen; Your partially right. Most (if not all) true AWD (not to be confused with 4WD) vehicles drive the vehicle equally. This behavior changes when an immediate demand for power is requested and the engine "races" to a higher RPM in a non linear fashion. The torque converter (usually fluid based) will transfer the majority of power demanded to the rear wheels until the resulting fluid inertia is balanced. This can be found in vehicles like the Nissan Skyline and Toyota Celica GT4 (which I own). So in essence, a AWD can very much mimic a RWD vehicle depending on the torque converter/Differential configuration. Although it is still considered powersliding when done in an AWD vehicle it is no less entertaining to watch or participate.

To get anywhere near the performance you see in this video you'd need a highly costumised setup that might require a couple benjamins.. Ask around in ur town or visit an RC shop, they'll tell you everything you need to know.
I built a TT01 into a drift car and used the adjustable upper arms that Tamiya sold (if you want a ton of camber, you can mod those or make your own).However, I haven't messed with it in quite some time, so maybe there are some different/better options out there now
Help me get 2k subs without videos If you want something related to that, I'd just do a very orange and red-ish lighting in the exhaust. Cuz doin petrol on plastic would be.. err.... idk
4wd is easier with o steering assist, more common and better on unsmooth surfaces, most rwd have a steering gyro and work better on carpet and smoother surfaces
Im not really a proffesional nor do i own one but it should be fine without modifications just remember to clean it every week and remove the hairs that get tangled in the axles if ever your mother or your sister walks around the house and theynhave a hairlos problem. all i have is a cheap chinese made one that i put a powerbank on to power it. It only costed 6 bucks and is only supposed to be powered by 3 AA batteries. Go check out my video or something. Im not proud of it though
