The one thing the Rebuilds do arguably better than Neon Genesis Evangelion is the music. Outside of than Rebuild doesn’t do anything else that much better, tho I will say that 3.0 does make me feel the relationship between Shinji and Kaworu much more than NGE’s did. Besides those things Rebuild does everything worse and what makes it worse in my opinion is that Anno couldn’t be assed to come up with an actual brand new ending, cuz I’ve heard that 4.0 ends very similar to the manga
