Fresh Curd - 600 ml
Butter - 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf - 2 no
Cardamom - 2 no
Cinnamon - 2 inch stick
Star Anise - 1 no
Chilli Powder - 4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 3 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Fennel Powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Powder - 2 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
Salt as needed
