I just did ten and struggled, never knew burpees could be thst exerting, also man, i really have to thank you, I'm 15 and ever since i started watching your videos my lifes changed, I lost about 20 pounds during the summer so it was in about 4 months, i started slacking towards the end and was snacking a bit more and could have made more progress but im getting back into it now and going on a strict diet again, I started at 197 pounds and I'm down to 178, im still a bit fat but I'm feeling a lot better, still have a long way to go.
34 y/o here. Joined gym classes since may this year. I've never been in my life touching those gym stuff. Gotta say gym is not that stress as I think it was. Everyone is so helpful. The instructor is helpful and guide step by step.. Currently, I'm on rest because my left wrist was hurt 😢. But I just ignored it, and because of this , it is getting painful . I used to hate burpee. But now I enjoy this the most. Hopefully, next year, I can join my first hyrox !

I do no hands burpees myself......
I like it, there's just NO way I would be able to do any.
All of these are better than sandbags deadlifts or box jumps between each burpees, that's just me though.
