I have custody of 2 of my kids and it took about 11 years and 3 deaths (2 boy friends shot dead 1 overdosed). Here in Puerto Rico its a firm belief that kids belong to their mother and hence a saying here, that it is easier to take Rambos knife away from him than to take a child away from their mother. I'm just glad I didn't give up, raise your heads fellas.

Gentlemen, don't forget that the innocent baby voice or crying because of you is manipulation. Don't fall victim to their theatrics. Hold them accountable like you would any other adult.
My current wife has done this too me a few times as some sick retaliation for imagined affairs. It sucks.

All I can say to anyone going through this is to keep physical evidence; pictures, a diary, recording and tell your friends and if need be, hire a detective. That pos wanted JD in jail as well as his fortune and she didn’t care how she made it happen. So many men are being falsely accused by women who love having the power of destroying a man’s life and there are no repercussions. Protect yourself and leave. No love is worth sticking around a nutcase

@M I A you only hear about the devils whether they’re men or women. The point is for anyone in this situation to protect themselves. Also, if a woman calls the cops on a man, they immediately cuff him no matter how innocent he is and he’s got the burden of proof. There’s a woman in the uk that has accused over 15 men of SA throughout the years and she thinks it’s funny and has yet to have any repercussions. Destroying a person’s life over a lie should have severe consequences.
@M I A I’m truly sorry you lived through such horrors and glad you got away. M’y own spouse was locked up at least 3x by his ex who did exactly that. We’ve been together over 25 years and I’ve never been abused in any way. She used the system to her advantage.
It’s disturbing when those who are in dire need such as yourself are ignored and left to your own devices while others use this to destroy another person’s life. There definitely needs to be big changes done to protect the innocent and incarcerate the guilty . I also believe that the guilty party should be made to pay a large compensation due to the victim. Nobody should get away from intentionally traumatizing another.

You say you have video evidence and didn’t win your case? Someone was paid off and it wasn’t the person deserving of compensation.

I so glad you're making this. These girls not only hurt other women who have actually faced abuse at the hands of their partner, by casting their accusations in doubt; but also affecting both by ruining the reputation and lives of men who would otherwise be in a loving relationship with a woman. There are punishments these girls sometimes, but it's never as loud as the accusation was.
I just found your channel & I'm also a Single Father of 5. I'm so glad I found you. I'm in the middle of of a child support case against the "mother" of my 3 youngest children. It took the Child Support Office & myself almost 7yrs to get her in the courtroom as of this past January. Since then she has been doing everything to keep from paying child support. What's sad is she has been successful! There is a double standard when it comes to child support. This past August she had a Contempt of Court hearing which was rescheduled until Nov.4th & she still hasn't paid any child support. If it was me, I'd already be under the jail!!

I never wanted a dime from my ex husband's. I just wanted my kids and our belongings.

Yup! I remember it well. I truly never laid violent finger on my ex, and she had creased my forehead with a ceramic bowl. I just left the house to get out of the line of fire, and a cop drove by my front yard and noticed the blood on my face. I told him what she did, he went in the house to get her side...I never saw that woman cry before. It was surreal. He came out and told me that she said that I hit her first. I asked him if he could see any trauma on her, and he said no. He then advised me to go elsewhere if I could. She clearly assaulted me, battery with actual blood drawn, and he wouldn't arrest her.
I had mines on camera and still got arrested 2 years ago.. I'm still going to trial to prove my innocence while the state protects her to come after me for the welfare dollars she collects..I'm still trying to prove my innocence from 2 years ago.. the Christmas parade murder's trial moved faster than my misdemeanor trial to try to pressure me into pleading out so I can be a father to my kids again even though I already got 50% custody of my children yet the county is hiding the ruling..it's sickening the cops won't even pickup the mother for her material witness warrant, hoping they can pressure me into pleading out..

My ex showed up with shingles which she told the court she'd been suffering from for like several months. He explained how everything bad in her life during our 17 years together was my fault. We had been separated for four years after she left and had no contact, and during that time her life was much much worse. I asked her if everything bad in her life during those four years was my fault as well, and she said yes. I looked at the judge, and I looked at her attorney, and they both had the WTF look on their face.
Man I wish it would become cool for women to start caring about things other than their own personal gain. Maybe for just once in history they could quit making problems.
Many early Christian Saints are women. So at least there’s precedent for them to be good, just as there is for men.

That seems like a rather broad statement. Not all women, not even most women are evil conniving witches, anymore than all men, or even most men are abusive rapists. There are bad apples in any group.

I like the optimism that courts will do anything about manipulation. It was not my experience that obvious lies and manipulation changed anything.
Same in Australia in the Family Courts, female waterworks definitely helps their case. Keep in mind there isn't the normal burden of proof, in Family Courts as required in criminal courts.
That's how the emmit till episode started all over fake tears and lies! People who do that should catch life in jail!

I don't know if O.J. Simpson is innocent or guilty. Steve Garvey's wife was a witness in the case. She cried on the witness stand about how at a recital O.J was so mad and looked like he wanted to kill someone. What a dramatic performance. There is no way that I can put it into words how dramatic. Just so happened someone filmed the whole event and seemed to focus on O.J most of the event. O.J. was laughing and mingling with people during the whole event. It just goes to show, what a woman will do if they want to put you in a trick bag. There should have been a perjury charge against her.
The victims family/friends often tell stories of the accused and how everyone knew they had explosive anger or whatever. I'm always leery of those claims. I just brush them off unless they have evidence of it, even texts mentioning violence will help their case but show me something cuz you just don't know if it's true either way. It's hearsay IMO and should be limited.

My husband went through that with his ex and 2 sons. It was heartbreaking what she did to him and the boys and being kind of on the outside of their little drama, it affected me too. I never felt so helpless !

OMG I went through the same thing with my husband and his EX. I felt so helpless. His boys are all grown up now and keep in touch with me, not their mother ! Unfortunately my husband is deceased now and I have no children of my own but I have his two boys and I'm grateful for that !
Lying in a child custody case is definitely an act of manipulation. And when dads face this, it's important that you expose the lying clearly... Do not assume the judge is able to do that on their own. And if you do not directly contest the lying, the judge might believe the lies because you did not challenge them yourself.

just went through this and won after my attorney filed a discovery and got her to admit to the horrible things my ex did to me and was doing but claimed I was stalking her. Always hire a good attorney and keep all old messages it could save your life.
Mine cried as if I beat her.. slandered me and portrayed me as if I was a monster..when I've never been arrested or in trouble in my life

She said he was abusing them, the took them away to her mother's house. She got custody immediately.
Long story short, brother proved he didn't, her new boyfriend was assaulting the child and my brother won full custody.

I want to be a advocate for my story. The police have so much power. Well it cost me 17,000 and my losing my home. It's suck man. Case dismiss/ drop charges. So much more but no more explaining stuff. Cuz they dig and use social media against you.
Yes, the police and the courts have the power to ignore all of the facts and just rubber stamp the mother. It's unethical, at the least.

My Ex, a male, did this. Total scam artist. It's not just women who lie, manipulate, cry and steal. He literally can cry on cue, as does my Mother. Both have committed significant crimes and frauds against me personally, confirned as actual fact by the FBI and other Federal Agencies. Truly distrubing, despicable behaviors. I am STILL, to this very day, being severely punished for THEIR crimes/frauds!!!

Makes sense, but courts must believe woman and its not the woman thats the problem, its the 3rd parties inlisted provide to mothers by the billions they have access to for lawyers, DV workers, police, rescuers and welfare workers, support workers.
All a woman has to do is cry DV and boom the children and Dads suffer unless the man can come up with tens of thousands of dollars and overwhelming evidence the kids are suffering from the mums behaviour.
Only then a Dad stands a chance.

For men, i found out this the hard way. If you meet a woman you like and shes a victim, they give you a sob story about how her ex gaslights was a bad person and abusive. Just know when you break up, she'll be telling the next guy the same thing about you.

Ive seen this use of manipulation in every relationship i have had and all my friends,, i watched my own mother paint her face with make up ,black eyes, cuts ,self made scratch marks ,all kinds of horse shit ,,and it made so much hurt ,, she still to this day cant admit how selfish and horrid she was/is
