It helps to put something between your big colored magnetic hooks, which I’m guessing are the Learning Resources magnetic hooks. We used an old folded luggage tag that we had previously used for our luggage getting on the ship in those plastic luggage tag holders. You put a hook on each side and then they’re easier to separate.
We use the hanging shoe organizers. We each use one. We don't travel carry-on only so the space they take up in our suitcases is not an issue. We wouldn't travel without them, especially on a cruise. Absolutely love them! They've been a real game changer. I love your content!! :)
I love the soap sheets! I keep them in every bag. The same with the pill case it is perfect for travel. I have the smaller hooks, and they are only good for light weight items - heavier beach towels will slide down. Two things I got for my last cruise were towel bands - elastic bands that stretch around the back of the beach/lounge chair to keep the towels from blowing away. I don't know why I waited so long to add the. They take up NO space at all compared to the bulkier clips. I also finally broke down and got the waterproof lanyard pouch to hold my cell phone, stateroom card, credit cards and cash while we are swimming, and no one has to stay on shore or out of the pool to watch valuables.
I really enjoyed using the medication holder with the labels. My husband was impressed with the labels and how much the compact actually held. Great for traveling
We have similar velcro hanging clips like you put over your towel rods....except we put them over the flat part of hangers and attached the hangers to a magnet on the ceiling. That way you don't lose valuable towel rod space for your towels. To me the items dried a bit faster in our room where the air was more ventilated. We found ours on amazon....I think they were advertised as ball cap holders for hanging in closets, but we used them for drying our laundry.
For the shoes ....dollar store ...under the bed storage - has a zipper and can be folded when not used.....size 3ft by 2ft? (Size to use for blankets/towels under bed) They have smaller ones also. Your welcome 😊
Hi Sheri! I have to have my travel white noise machine whenever I travel. I found a pretty good miniature machine off Amazon...it is rechargeable and comes with its own charger. It is the Babelio Mini Sound Machine. 15 Non-looping Sounds and also has a timer...you can purchase a mini case as well. I've had it for a few years...actually bought two in case I forget to recharge one...Lol..I can't sleep without white noise. Thank you for the amazing finds! I always enjoy your videos!
Travel hangers were a total game changer for me. Now I have plenty to hang my clothes up, they are small so it doesn't take up travel space, and I don't have to bother my room steward for hangers anymore lol
With the smaller magnets, because they don’t hold as much weight, just put 2 side by side and hang something heavier on both hooks. Or, hang from the ceiling instead of the wall. That usually helps.
Hey Sheri love you forever. Have to admit I just got a pill case WITHOUT labels...however I made Tiny labels on computer for each OTC med the same color as the med or box. For instance Zicam is orange..Bonine is blue & yellow. This pill case is so fabulous and such a space saver for my 11 hour flight to Rome for my retirement cruise coming up in 35 days. I bought some sand cloud towels. They are a Turkish cotton and repel sand. They are pricey but omg worth it!!! The knockoffs don't compare. Quick dry too! Also an insulated tumbler with boot for bottom, sleeve that holds phone, money, eye drops, card etc and also a,carrying strap!! Love it!
I got a “sweater” holder from $1 tree. It flattens out nicely and what a great idea to use it for shoes along with other stuff (extra sunscreen, etc). I’m now a single cruiser so I have space to myself but I’m also an over packer soooooo 😂
I recently got a new 360 camera so I can take immersive vacation videos! I have an old Theta I have used, but this new Insta360 X3 seems like it will be much more user friendly. Then I just pull up UA-cam on the Oculus and its like I am back on vacation again! Rewatching our Disney cruise from 5 years ago is so great. The boys are 5 and 7 and so much smaller! Looking forward to shooting some immersive video on our upcoming Mardi Gras cruise in our fabulous Excel Aft Corner suite! It was a $500 investment but so worth it.
We use battery packs all the time even at home. Most of our stuff is Type C so we don't get the ones with the additional connections. I have the same container (minus the stickers) for my emergency plane pharmacy lol. Oooh I like those clips! I also take one of those veritical shoe hangers from IKEA for small clothes and shoes. It's the fabric one that hangs off the clothing rod. Lifesaver for my son's smaller clothing. It's definitely smaller than the one you got

I have to say ‘no’ to speakers. Other people on the beach, by the pool etc don’t want to hear you music. Otherwise, I enjoy watching your videos and will no doubt research a few of these things - the clothes pegs are clever. Also, I wonder if those silicone make up bags would be a good case for tablets/electronic devices?
TBH we just got off RC adventure of the seas two days ago, we brought a speaker for the first time and only used it within our cabin and that’s the last place I considered it would get used 😂
I use a small speaker also just to block out noise while sleeping. Always take larger clips to close curtains. They double up to clamp wet clothes on chair balcony. Only while in port or at a hotel.;)
Ditch the hamper. You have to unpack the clothes and put into your luggage. Just throw everything into a fabric or plastic laundry bag. You can hang it from a hanger or put it into your suitcase. That way your floor space is freed up.
Hi Sheri, great and fun video as always. I don't use an iPhone but I use an Android so I bought one of those portable chargers and I cannot wait to try it while I'm out on an excursion. I also bought a Bluetooth transmitter/receiver to use on the plane because I use my wireless headset so there's no way for me to connect to the flight screen to watch movies so I am going to try this out to see if it works.

My win was also the small medicine case with stickers. I also bought 2 more without the stickers to use for my prescription meds and one for jewelry.

I think speakers are prohibited on cruise ships. That’s what headphones are for.
