Also if you look at the animation and visual cues from Phineas and Isabella when they on screen together it kinda implies that they are together now (it was retconned 😢) and without saying a word to each other it feels as if they both know it to. That’s how I look at it at least.

hey ! wasn't expecting a phineas ferb episode lol but none the less i think i have might have theory for you.. so here we go. my theory is that jim didn't actually went back in time but instead he went to another universe ( yes the multiverse) so basically we already saw what toa's timeline logic looks like which means if jim actually ''time travelled'' there must have been two jims! and a another red flag is how toby becomes the trollhunter! because in the original universe jim always and will be the trollhunter maybe in this universe TOBY is always meant to be the trollhunter and defeat gunmar and stuff and a another thing is when jim wakes up its a different time then from when jim woke up in the original pilot! this might be a far fetched theory but they can use this to fix the ending of rott! like they could make it so that if jim stays any longer in this timeline it will be destroyed or smthin so now jim has to go back to his original universe.
I honestly think Us Against the Universe from Candace Against the Universe is a better song than Summer Belongs to You Summer Belongs to You is a great song though but I do agree with Shcaffer on why he found it overrated. Also strongly disagree with you on Not Knowing where you're going. That song is catchy as hell.
