+Andrè M. Pietroschek First off, the word is "fuss" not "fuzz" and secondly, Dr. Who is widely popular in other countries outside Britain - i.e., Canada, Australia, and yes, even in America (a staple of PBS marathons).
I wouldn't want a cop like Boyd trying to solve a murder on my behalf. He gets victims killed, or encites them to murder. He is a classic egotist, not to mention he is a bully.
Easily the most hypocritical and unpleasant fictional British detective I've seen. Even the bent ones are usually more sympathetic. Edit. My mistake: having watched Boyd incite numerous characters to attack or kill, always considering it justified, he's as bent as they come.
Aaro The Wanderer: if you want to see an even younger Capaldi (and with his natural blondish hair) watch the episode Wasp's nest from the Poirot series. Peter must have been 32 at the time.
Who else wants to see the whole thing, now?
All of it is available to watch on BBC iPlayer: www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/b006r9ys/waking-the-dead
this role heavily radiates 12th doctor energy
What a great performance!
