Part of the Antelope family. Springbok is truly the best venison meat you will eat. It's normally eaten raw shaved really thin and served as carpacchio so the lemon and ginger and olive oil sort of cooks the meat. Delicious. It can also be cooked in red wine. You should visit Carne which is a game restaurant in CT. Very popular. Other good game is Kudu, Buffalo, Crocodile.

I was having a bbq here in the UK, and ofcourse I had to get my boers and t bone. So I ordered my meats from the online SA shop, zebra burgers were on a special deal, so I thought I’d try it. All I’m going to say I was not disappointed! Cooks quicker than beef, it was tender, juicy, tasty 🤤 One of the tastiest meats I’ve ever had!

You'll do well investing in property in CT although property prices are exorbitant, but as an Airbnb you'll make a fortune. Joburg you will get way more property for your money and because many people use Joburg as a base to visit Kruger and other game reserves, so Airbnb's do really well.

If you reheat it in the micro it becomes softer .Just dont keep it in that polistyrine .Then it can become poisenous.liike in the fridge
