They talk about their roles in the Barstool Draft show. Next, they recap their time at Supercross and what it was like experiencing all of that dirt up close and personal
Following the intro, Taylor sits down with Suzuki Supercross rider, Ken Roczen. Roczen talks about he got his start riding motorcycles and what it was like moving from Germany to the US to take his riding to the next level. He gets into his mindset when it comes to preparing emotionally and physically for each race. Finally he dives into his almost career ending injury. Talks about all the surgeries and battles that he faced coming back from the injury. There's even a little David Goggins in there. The boys are diving into a new sport with this interview, let us know your thoughts.

FACTS
True top Moto guys are the most insane athletes. I’ve never been as tired as when I raced a National not in all the years of PT and training in the marines or years of football before that. Fighting a 220 bike around a destroyed track for over half an hour is insane. Don’t know how these guys do it every week.
Such a pleasant surprise seeing the BWTB x Supercross-over this week with Kickstart Kenny! Glad to see the sport gaining popularity and he’s a great ambassador of it. It’s cool hearing his backstory, especially with a sport that has so many levels/avenues to the top. Would be sick to see an F1 style series for Supercross. Peacock did a great job w/ the Nascar version and is broadcasting all the SMX races this year… maybe they’ll do the same here. Could be an opportunity for Barstool too though 👀 In the meantime, a lot of the riders vlog which is awesome too. Would love to see the boys keep leaning into this and having more guys on though!
Hell yeah... The "GERMAN CHOCOLATE" Himself!!!! I've been watching this dude his entire career. He was literally a protege into the sport and came into it kickin ass and takin names and still is to this day.. To see Ken on THE BOYS pod is definitely a tingle in my nether regions vibe!!!!! To me, two of the greatest sports we have, Motocross and football.. an one of the best riders in the world and one of the best players and all around stud from the NFL... Does it get any better?..... I think not!

Kick start Kenny is an absolute monster!! Those injuries he sustained were about as bad as it gets when it comes to MX/SX the fact that he came back and stills challenges for wins is mind blowing. Ken is all heart and that's a huge reason he's such a fan favorite.

Kenny is my favorite rider! True ambassador to the sport! They weren't sure he was ever gonna be able to hold a fork again, let alone ride at a high level and beat the best in the world, and on a 2016 bike no less lol!!!

This was a great interview pro sports in any category takes life long commitment, SX and Motocross is the most physically demanding category’s period sustaining a heart rate of 180-195 for 35 minutes twice in about two hours seems impossible but they do it almost every weekend, do a recovery ride on Monday full length practice moto’s, gym 2-3 days midweek fly Friday and repeat ITS A GRIND. Ken is definitely one of the most talented athletes we have and a excellent ambassador for our sport. Thanks guys for bringing him on can’t wait for the next one! Gained a new subscriber listened to your whole podcast just to hear Ken’s and it was ALL GREAT!
