Simplification and refinement are the first steps in watercolor sketching. Both watercolor and ink painting need to be strengthened and some content needs to be abandoned. After all, what we create is a work of art, not a simple photo.

Lovely sketches! Is that ink waterproof? Does it clog the fountain pen or do you have to clean it after use? Because i've been told indian ink may harm fountain pens. Cheers and keep up the great work! 🧡

I always put the cap back on the pen when not in use, and I always clean the nib in clean water or at least soak it in water at the end of each use.
