Exercise with Extra Fries Abs and Core Workout with Blake Raymond

- We’ve teamed up with some of our favorite LA trainers to bring you a workout you can do at home with us. We’ll be posting a video Tuesday through Saturday. And we’ll be ending this series with a BIG giveaway! So come get fit with us while we work on our summer bods!
For day 3, we've teamed up with Blake Raymond to bring you a great core workout! Each move you’ll start with 10 reps slow then 10 reps double time then back to slow to really feel that burn. All you'll need for this is a mat to lay on for comfort.
Bicycle twist (right and left count as 1) slow 10x
Bicycle twist double time 10x
Vertical scissors (right and left count as 1) slow 10x
Vertical scissor double time 10x
Horizontal scissors (right and left count as 1) slow 10x
Horizontal scissors double time 10x
Crunches slow 10x
Reach up and pulse 10x
Leg raise and lower half-way 10x
Hip raises 10x
Repeat as many times you can! Good recommendation from Blake is to 40 reps of each movement.
