Thanks for the video! I'm hoping to get a Switch Lite for Xmas and was thinking about the Cityslicker for it since I have one for my 3DS and love it. I'm kinda worried that it looks so purse-like, so now I'm not too sure. Thanks for the in-depth look!

Hi Erica! I have been waiting for a video like this from you. I think these all look awesome but I'm a little concerned about how the cases interact with the switch's analog sticks or rear triggers. It seems like they would be directly against material for these cases and with all the fears about drift I am wondering if these cases cause any movement.
I haven’t had an issue. The CitySlicker even keeps that in mind.
I’ve had the CitySlicker (skull grip edition) as well and I have the Mumba case over it when i put it in the case, it does get caught on the analog sticks but this is only because I have the mumba case on it and tend to carelessly take it out. Even with the original less spaces design the sticks won’t really get caught on when you pull it, they have a small loop at the bottom for you to pull on to better help with pulling the switch out.
If your that worried about the drifting buy the pouch for the regular switch and for switch lite get either the same pouch or WaterField’s new slip case. Finally you can talk to a WaterField employer via email they get back to you real quick like within twos hours is the longest I waited for a reply back, you can tell them your issues for a certain design, they will work with you. I myself ask for more padding in the center to give a bit more room for the stick to not snag on as I take it out of CitySlicker for my switch lite learned my lesson when wanting to keep a mumba case with it.

Does the switch lite slip cover fit a switch with the nintendo branded flip cover? If it does then I'm sold on it.
For the slip case there are absolutely no sizes for the regular switch? Because it looks sick but I only have a regular switch. And I don't plan on buying a switch lite because it would be a huge waste of money in my opinion.

this one i'm just throwing in my bag honestly, there's not too much to break if you put it in a side compartment in a backpack and just have a screen protector, absolutely didn't wanna do that with my original switch lol, think that's gonna stay mostly in the dock now anyways

Imo it's not about anything breaking with the switch lite, it's the fact that the plastic is very soft and will show scratches and stuff really easily.
@@Quote58 that's true yeah, but honestly keeping it daily in my top compartment in my crappy backpack.. it looks pretty much prestine and i didn't expect for it to hold up that well

How is the screen quality, compared to the Original Switch? I am tempted to get the Lite, but I would hate a much lower screen quality.
It’s the same screen OEM Innolux with VERY similar characteristics. Suffice to say, it’s the same screen but smaller!

How well would that Slip Case work for a Nintendo DSi XL or a 3DS XL?
it should fit but consider adding something on the sides since the 3DS/DSi line of consoles is shorter than the Switch Lite.
Is there a link for the power bank
The shipping is kinda the only bad thing lol even for two day shipping you might not see till a week or two later this is only because they are made by hand. Thought for that reason it is a bit nice because it is in fact being made for you.
I miss other videos from you ..... I mean any other video that doesn't have to do with Nintendo's devices. I've been a huge fan for so long, but now I'm wondering what's up with the channel. Miss you Erica , come back.

Problably not, the switch and almost every other devices have metal shielding inside. So it would be fine. Unless it was an actual huge magnet.

Depends on budget if you get the switch lite you can also get a new game for less than the price of the regular switch. If you need to connect to your tv to enjoy the 1080p graphics on a bigger screen then you’d have to go with the regular. I have the original switch day one and I’ve used it on tv less than I thought I would. I usually have it on the go or on my desk or near a couch

Those are nice & unique cases/pouches. I love slim cases but those Waterfield cases are expensive! Well, I guess you don't want to look like everybody on the block with the same cases from Amazon! 😁

You do realise that magnet field or surrounding magnet ain't good for electronic devices? It will damage your switch, it should be a zip instead in my opinion

$60 - $120? Yikes. I've used much cheaper cases with my switch and my lite with no problem whatsoever.
Yeah but these are more premium/professional. I find most cheaper switch cases I wouldn't personally like to be seen with in public.
The cases can be easily used with other electronics.
@@richardgomd sure, but wouldn't you want to buy a case specifically for said item? That's not a good reason to buy an expensive switch lite case.
TIEbaron true but I had quite a few electronics that have similar dimensions and it fits my uses just fine. Really that applies to the slip case and the pocket case. The city slicker case is a lot more specific.
I put some of my expensive amps in these cases. Apple pencils, more expensive usb-c hubs in these things when I don’t put my switch lite in it
I have zero interest in the Switch Lite.
