You forgot #29. Idiot sees tractor trailer coming up to merge, has enough time to change lane and let him keep his momentum up or enough room to accelerate and let him keep going, but, instead, decides to use his vehicle as a traffic cone. And the driver gets butt hurt over their own rudeness.

I had an indicent with a rager that thought the cig in my fist held up to the crack in my dark tinted windows (to suck the smoke out) was a finger and come across three lanes to hit me. We had zero interaction prior so Im not even sure why he was looking that hard at me. He was REALLY puffy until I got out. Im 6'2 and about 200lbs - not a gym rat but fit 200lbs not flabby. His chest sunk in and he whipped his phone out to call state police REAL quick. When I calmly walked up to ask what was going on and if he was ok, he said that he did it because I flipped him off for no reason. Like even if I did that doesnt make careening across the highway to slam into someone ok. He wound up getting cited for unsafe lane change on the accident report. Never heard from his insurance, and he just left a light scuff on my truck's bumper so I let it go.
A kid acting that way at such a young age while driving says a lot about his personalty. He needs to be watched.

#2 & #6 are what’s wrong with the driving system in the United States. Both people, when the merging lane ended, sped up to pass as many cars as possible. It’s staggering how much people don’t know about “Zipper Merging,” it’s actually designed to be a faster method of merging lanes together and keep traffic flowing, instead of the braindead “early stacking in one lane only” and causing a traffic jam.
What doesn't make sense to me is why people who are in the wrong get mad at the person that calls them out. You're just putting yourself in an even worse position when you try to do something about it.

Most of this drama is caused by the impatience of the people that have the dash cams and refuse to share the road, take turns, let people move over or pass everybody in the brake down lane to get ahead but get mad when they get shut out.

And cammer "crossed double white lines" (actually the gore point) to get away from the raging idiot once it was otherwise safe to. As someone who have took a little of Taekwondo as a child, one of the very first things they teach is that best way to win a fight is to not get in one in the first place.

Just because a lane merges doesn't mean you ride it all the way up past the lines like an entitled diplomat. You actually have to merge. Once the lane becomes one you're legally in the wrong to pass! So many of these drivers were in the wrong, I'm so mad!
in my country 2 lanes that have to merge into one - both lanes full of cars, at the one lane point is where we merge like a zip. Works well for us. The US seems really aggressive.

It’s funny the ones that think their zipper merge at the last second is how you do it. Number 6 4:30 is a good example. No. Just no. You had room to merge before the truck. Instead you zoom in then have to slam on the brakes! Yeah that pisses me off too. Anytime I have to unnecessarily slam on my brakes, you’re in the wrong. It’s zipper merging. Yes, go all the way up; if possible. But at the end of the day you’re still merging, you do not have right away.
Man, people have to retake their driver test, and drive manual transmission. That’ll teach them courtesy, traffic response, and how to drive the proper way. Every year, the drivers in the cities (all cities) gets worse and worse. My road rage is getting worse every year as well. Poor driving habits nowadays!!

I've had two very elderly gentlemen over the years hit their turn signals early, as if to signal to me that it was ok to pull out in front of them to make a left turn. They never let up on their sped and just turned their heads to make eye contact with me as they drove on by, creepy stuff, like they wanted to die in a crash or something?! Never assume you know what someone else is thinking when you're driving.😳

Texas State law is that the on ramp traffic is required to yield to the highway traffic so if they don't want to let you in they don't have to you driving on the shoulder to go around traffic just to get like 4 cars ahead because you got ego issues isn't there fault
Now I agree the semi should not have attempted to block you he isn't a cop and should have just let a cop catch you and ticket you for reckless driving
Also for anyone else he probably should not have done it but it is also fully legal to use the shoulder to go around a car that is stopped with there signal on.

There was a time when people were considerate to one another on the road and the "zipper" merge worked perfectly. The first at the merge went, then the other lane, etc... each lane yielded to the next and the merge worked properly. Today... with a total lack of consideration, people crowd the merging lane and make every effort not to let them over, so what we end up with is an effing mess, and when someone dares to drive up to the merge point, everyone gets angry. I'm not saying - AT ALL - that the cammer was somehow correct in what they did - they were horribly incorrect. I'm not actually speaking about the clip so much as I'm speaking about the state of our roads today and am using this clip as an example.
Edit: I’m definitely wrong in my original comment. Probably saw an old statute. An improved shoulder does allow passing in quite a few instances if the vehicle is stopped. In this instance, if the lane continued, that would have been fine, but it ended right after the guy passed. The person who stopped should have gone up a little bit further where the merge was, but it wasn’t miles before like many people will do.
Original: Sorry dude, but you should brush up on your TX law because it’s not legal to pass utilizing the shoulder. It explicitly states it.

The car was riding NOT PASSING and was in the trucks blind spot. The truck did not make contact and my cousin even said that if he responded to this incident based on the bide then the man in the car would have received a summons for failure to stay in the driving lane. This was that persons own stupidity. I have friends and family that are truckers. Stay in the right lane like you are supposed to by law and stay out of a trucks blind spot. If the guy in the car was passing the truck he would have been driving at a passing speed. CAR IS AT FAULT.

2:00 Mr. Truck, you need to retake your driver's test. The traffic was stopped, so there was nowhere the utility truck could go until the cars advanced. Once you chose to go around them, you were in the wrong. Then you kept on driving on the shoulder long after the lane ended.
Some of the “victims” in the videos are the instigators. Most of the scenarios could be easily avoided by chilling out and letting the crazy one pass by. Fire doesn’t put out fire, it only amplifies it

In some states, it is illegal for cops to shine their spotlight into a car unless they have reasonable suspicion. If there’s actual danger then they are permitted, but they can’t just flash people just for speeding. There also could have been a better way to warn cammer. Besides, if they flash a car and cause them to crash, they will definitely be held liable.
i dont think he was even worries about that, probably looking for a certain car and he was checking for a plate or maybe damage to the front of the vehicle that would correspond with the report. looks like he turned it off the second he got a good look at the front of his vehicle.
