Thanks for making the video, yes there is a difference on both. I have both Generations Toys & Jinbao. For me the Generations Toys with the add on kit it made it taller and a bit disproportioned while the Jinbao version looks beefier and no need for an add on kit for this one. Yes, Jinbao's version is hard to pose but to me it's worth it while the Generations Toys drill fists needs improvements it's pegged in with fists connections. It's not G1 for you hard core accurate collectors but it's a modern look and the companies take on it in engineering these fine toys that we come to love when we were children that some couldn't afford but still have the kid in all of us being adults who buys and collects them like us.
Hi good question the tires on jinbao are a tiny bit more rubbery but otherwise all the materials feel damn near identical.the build quality is equally good and of course jinbao have made a couple of improvements in a couple of places
They both look absolutely beautiful! I would get the Jinbao KO forsure. Did they ever release the add on kit for the Jinbao? Great video comparisons! :)
Which shelf are you using to fit the FT Dibots and Pheonix. It is not a billy bookcase right? I have never seen anyone pull it off right till now on a bookshelf to fit all 5 dibots.
What about the quality comparison of the individual cons? Some of the Jinbao ones had floppy joints and a couple didn´t even stand well.... are the GT figures any better?
I wouldn't agree with that at all to be honest. The quality across the board was the same for both sets. As I mentioned, it seems like jinbao learned from any mistake GT made and fixed with their upgrade parts, and just made them fine to begin with. The materials all still to be identical.
Also watch the other video about the add on kit. There was a weak knee joint which got fixed by me dismantling the part. There was a QC issue where one part was missing or not assembled correctly..
@@blueluny That´s too bad... since I was hoping to buy the GT Cons to display in bot mode alongside Jinbao Devy... he´s got the addon kit and poses fine, especially since I glued all important tabs together, to make him more sturdy. Yeah, I´m not transforming them again, that´s for sure lol. I might have to buy the Jinbao set again then....
@@leirameirarc but what I'm saying is, from my experience, is that they are both ok! Materials are fine but posing the arms is a challenge at full stretch
Hi dude. Yes you just have to be a little careful how you pose it. It's really not that bad, just a lot less stable than the original. Mine is now wedged into a space on a shelf that is just big enough for him, stopping him from toppling over
Hola amigo, El Kit de actualización de Generation Toy es compatible con Devastator de Jinbao?, Muchas gracias Hello friend, The Generation Toy Upgrade Kit is compatible with Jinbao's Devastator? Thank you very much
Hi. The build quality and quality of materials is almost identical to be honest Jinbao have made a couple of improvements to the design in a couple of placesbut otherwise they are very very much the same

Removed extra/unnecessary parts/kibble to make him less Top Heavy so he can stand better. Helped a bit more
Thank you for posting! This is quite informative!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!.... Very needed video. I'd been deciding on which to buy but needed a good comparison review
very good review! thanks!

My Pleasure! Yes I hope Jinbao produce the add-on kit but i asked showzstore and they have not heard anything about it...so far.

@@calebdoesstuff4444 not sure what you mean.
I was wondering if you could shout me out in one of your upcoming vids
@@calebdoesstuff4444 oh right well I don't really add that many too often but next time sure
Great video! I would have loved to hear about comparison in materials, detail, quality etc (is Jin Bao rubber tyres??) stuff like that.

It appears that the gun transforms but I can't figure out what the fuck it becomes. You have any idea?
I like my gt-01 because it ISN'T oversized.
They both look absolutely beautiful! I would get the Jinbao KO forsure. Did they ever release the add on kit for the Jinbao? Great video comparisons! :)
Not yet! I keep checking showzstore though
Hey man, you can get the oversize kit from showzstore now!
Which shelf are you using to fit the FT Dibots and Pheonix. It is not a billy bookcase right? I have never seen anyone pull it off right till now on a bookshelf to fit all 5 dibots.
It IS a billy bookcase dude! I have taken out one shelf though to accomodate them all
im sorry but when u say add on kit for the jinbao one is it to strengthen the legs? because i heard the left knee is weak as fuck....
How many kilos does the Jinbao figure weigh? someone knows?
Not 100% sure but under 3 kilos I think
@@blueluny thank you very much I suppose that with the box it will reach 4 to 5 kl

@@blueluny Alright then. But the Jinbao cons are cheaper than the GT ones right? I´ll go for the cheapest ones if they are the same quality-wise ;)
I’ll subscribe
Thanks this is what I was looking for, its NBK vs Jinbao right? oh man theyre both great!
This is the original generation toy version Vs jinbao oversized version
Salve come plastiche come il jinbao?
Pardon?
Salve le plastiche del Jinbao sono uguali del generescion toy
Hi blueluny....have found a way to stabilize this big guy?
Hi dude. Yes you just have to be a little careful how you pose it. It's really not that bad, just a lot less stable than the original. Mine is now wedged into a space on a shelf that is just big enough for him, stopping him from toppling over
I saw another jinbao version review the knees are very stiff. Can it be a batch issue?
No idea mate I guess it could well be. These ko companies aren't exactly treating QC as a priority

Hello friend, The Generation Toy Upgrade Kit is compatible with Jinbao's Devastator? Thank you very much
No they are different sizes
So do you think jinbao version is worth it? 🤔
Yes it's cool! Would be better if they had the leg extensions though.
Is Jinbao has better quality or build?
Hi. The build quality and quality of materials is almost identical to be honest Jinbao have made a couple of improvements to the design in a couple of placesbut otherwise they are very very much the same
I don't like the square head, but it looks more like the cartoon.
