BaileyTeaVee one of the SNES Bowser castles would've been perfect for that. If they could revamp Cheese Land and Ribbon Road so well they can do the same to the SNES Bowser Castles. Just make them seem more like an actual castle than a dungeon of sorts
I think the best is DS, I don't really understand why everyone like 64 so much, I always found it a bit dull and oversaturated with thwomp. The Wii one has a good middle-end section but the beginning is just really uninteresting and it is most of the track. 8 is cool but a bit too short and linear for bowser castle standards.
I do like 7, has a nice track with it and has some cool parts in it. Also the look of it with the green glass does look really cool, due to how the lighting is like in bcp it would be interesting to see if it makes it in which there is somewhat of a chance

MKWii's version of the same track is also about as faithful a recreation as it gets, so that one's good too. DS version is also underrated imo. Worst ones are any of the SNES/GBA ones. In general I feel those tracks (and the games themselves) have not aged well, notably due to the lack of proper 3D rendering on their respective hardware. Some of the backgrounds on GBA looked cool though.

JakesterBoss 300 the first game had multiple of every level except rainbow road. There were 4 Mario circuits, 3 donut Plains, 3 ghost Valleys, 3 Bowser castles, 2 Choco islands, 2 koopa beaches, and 2 vanilla lakes. the final level is rainbow road which is the only singular one.
