  • After 2 1/2 years in the R&D department 1/64th HO Scale Aluminum Gaurdrail is Achieved. This video shows how to assemble this Gaurdrail a few different ways. Style 1 is attaching the Aluminum Gaurdrail directly to the plastic 1/64th HO style Gaurdrails that are found in our HO racing Sets. Style 2 is how to assemble single rail to a wood post. And the 3rd Style is how to create Double Rail Style mounted to wood post. These are just 3 different ways of assembling this Gaurdrail. I’m sure you can dream up even more ways! The HO Gaurdrail Bundle comes with 5 pieces of 18in Gaurdrail. That’s 7 1/2 feet of total rail per bundle. And is equal to 742 feet of rail in 1/64th scale numbers.

Looks great! That's the best implementation on the market IMHO!

That is awesome! I have Scalextric and AFX/TOMY track. This is a great idea for hard racers or if you're just looking for the realistic look. Pretty cool idea Boone 💪🔥👍.

Looks awesome but the first method to mount it to existing guardrail would likely intrude on the outer bends and cars would rub. Still, plenty of other methods- and probably a good idea - and thanks for showing H.O. Some love 😎😎😎

Thanks buddy…It could, but as long as they were mounted tight to the plastic rail it should be good. I personally like to keep some distance between the track and the guardrail. I like to give the car some rear end wiggle room 😂…
