One tournament I always wanted to bowl. Had 3 chances with my game being pretty good. Couldn't get off work to go. Best of luck to the Bohn family

That high back swing and wrist snap is truly remarkable to watch

The struggle is real. Thanks for sharing the ebb and flow of bowling. Keep it up, guys! This is a huge challenge on the mental game.

Still proud of y'all! Brings back memories. I watched y'all bowl as 'the Crew' in all the events when y'all were younger, and even though it didn't go as planned, you guys are out there living the legacy and bowling among the shoulders of the greats.

You both are making the best of it. What doesn't kill us only makes us stronger. Going thru the process should give you more than enough confidence for the rest of your bowling seasons this year for sure.

As someone who bowled the JBT’s in the northeast and looked up to Parker, Patrick Alan and Mike lichstein as they were kicking my butt. It’s amazing to see Parker sons out there. Cranking like they are. I love the fact that he is a lefty throw in one handed makes me think of the ball I used to throw back in the 80s.😂

It's hard to keep going sometimes, but that's what it takes in these tough conditions. You have to keep your frustration in check and keep putting bad frames & bad games behind you. I struggle with keeping that anger at bay, as I am sure everyone at the US Open is doing. Hang in there guys!!

Bowled in a Senior Master’s Tournament a long time ago. I did okay and cashed. It was interesting to see so many elite house shot bowlers go down the drain because they had no idea how to bowl on a sport pattern.

It is always annoying to know what you are doing, but just can’t score or have/find the right ball on a house shot, while Mr I Think I Can Bowl, or Mr I Bought My Hook, can’t not carry from 47 different area codes… I know how good I am, and how good I’m not. Bowling has way too many house hacks who are oblivious to both statements.

Urethane usually helps you read difficult patterns; especially when your ball is straight up axis weight. That way your ball reaction is exactly what you do to each shot. Less variables. Better chance of playing straight up the lane. The more boards you cross, the more variables you introduce to the condition. WORD

8:24 - the famous phrase said by all amateurs when they bowl their first non-house-shot tournament! (P.S., this includes me.) 🤣

Brandon has near two-handed power in that shot.

Variable speeds variable accuracy equals variable scoring.A lot of things did go wrong I was seeing at least 5 board swing on accuracy and changing the speeds is a recipe for disaster. Here is why excuses don't cut it they threw some really nice strikes.....well then obviously there is a really nice shot there you just need to be a lot more consistent.

What I've noticed with Justin is he's almost always 1 balls speed. Rather then ramping up ball speed or cutting it down seems like you're moving or changing balls. Just an observation

Sometimes I wonder what would have happend if Justin had a ball with a thumb hole.

I know this happens to everyone, but Brandon gets really wonky with his release when he loses some confidence. Dude throws it so so well when he’s feeling confident. No doubt he’ll sort it all out and contend in these

Justin throwing urethane got you in almost dead last. Put your thumb in the ball and stick throwing urethane. You’re making the legacy look horrible

Thats a lot of talk coming from someone sitting behind a screen rather than bowling. The US open is THE hardest event in all of bowling, and sometimes you have an off week, something you clearly don't understand. Rather than hating on someone through a keyboard, why don't you go practice and improve yourself. I guarantee Justin and everybody else out there is 1000 times better than you are, you just don't have the self awareness to admit it.
