D.V.B.C. were part of the bush fire relief, [providing the venue] with 300 other community people, servicing the bush fire family victims, [2009, 173 people died, ] sorted clothes, shoes, food parcels, which were loaded on to the "Jesus Bus", to transport to Marysville, Kinglake, Kinglake West, Narbethong, Flowerdale and Strathewen etc. Feeding the Victims each Monday evening for months, while providing entertainment to lift their spirits.
