The Best Cajun Crab Cake Stuffed Salmon Recipe

Crab cake filling
1 tub jumbo lump crab meat
1/3 cup mayo
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 egg yolk
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste i suggest 1/2 tsp salt (Cajun seasoning has sodium)
Butter as needed
This crab mixture is enough for 4 pieces of salmon . I had left overs.
Butter Cajun cream sauce
3 tbsp butter
1 medium Roma tomato
6 large garlic cloves or more :)
1 Cajun
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup chicken/seafood/vegetable broth(any works here) DO NOT USE BEEF BROTH
After the broth reduce by half add 1/2 cup heavy cream reduce again until thickened. Finish with chopped parsley

You are good girl meaning your instructions wise I like it so far why I say so far because I didn't make it has of as yet my point looks very delicious
I did this recipe yrs ago and your sauce I swore you added white wine Cause I did and when I made it my brother who is a chef was Thoroughly impressed with the white wine I added I will add white wine again.
And I used Jumbo lump!!.. Lump has alot of shells.
Make her Sauce and add White Wine!! Makes a world of difference but if u family that can't have that use chicken broth
