I had to move back!
@Living The Florida East Coast - Andrew Pensch Awesome!! Perhaps I'll return in another year. 😎🌴🌴🌴🌊🌊🌊 I lived a few minutes walk from McKee Botanical gardens.
I know we’re actually going to Vero beach in October
Hit us up! Would be happy to help you guys out during your visit
What about hurricanes or
Floods?
I am thinking of relocating from Dunedin to Vero Beach, but would like to know if Vero Beach also has the same high humidity as Dunedin
It’s a little cooler here due to the Atlantic having more of a “coastal breeze” vs. the gulf. The Gulf was way too hot for me during the summer
@Living The Florida East Coast - Andrew Pensch Thank you. I appreciate it very much.
Will be coming over next weekend and have a look around.
@@engelaswart544 Always feel free to call if you want some pointers during your visit! 772-783-1172
It's pretty affordable to live there but I'd think it'd be a little too hot for me & then the gators don't care for them.
Definitely gets hot in August, but it’s beautiful this time of year.
The only gators I’ve seen in Vero Beach are Gator Fans wearing Orange and Blue!
I am looking for apartment for rent under 1500 a month 2 bed 2 bath please
Why is the mall dead that's very strange
Not sure, it’s started really tumbling downward after Chick Fil A left.
We have the outlet malls west of i95, with the boost of online shopping and the 2008 rescession people stopped going to malls. That being said vero beach mall is pretty nice and started to revamp and revive.
The fact that it is being compared to the “Hampton” tells me that a lot of New Yorkers visit there. Which means I will not like it there.
New yorkers are a fact of life in florida. However, in Vero I can confidently tell you they're not as prevalent and generally dont stay long. Tourist season is usually late nov. - march Vero Beach is extremely laid back and friendly.
I agree with pound cake. We have a very friendly vibe here, you’ll just have to visit to find out! We’re here if you have any questions
@@livingthefloridaeastcoast I definitely will visit again. I love Florida.
People from NY and the Northeast provide the majority of the economic activity for Florida, real estate agents would be in poverty without them.. go look at areas in Florida and Vero Beach that don't have New Yorkers and you will see Poverty & High Crime, so be careful in your judgments
@@sf-ck9bc where are you from?
i see absolutely no scenery here. It is just a video of you walking and talking. What the heck does Vero Beach look like?
I get your frustration. Try this video out: ua-cam.com/video/G3djuUeQj68/v-deo.htmlsi=hnKfkN8XQgygn4Cq
The Nickname for Vero Beach is
ZERO BEACH.
I lived there for years owned several homes in several areas.
Unless your Old and near death, there's Zero reason to live there.
