Baked Macaroni and Cheese Balls (By Steel Panther's Michael Starr)

Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or nonhydrogenated margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper (optional)
1/2 pound (2 cups) conchiglie (shell-shape) pasta, cooked according to package directions and drained
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

I could make this and I’m certain the kids would eat it , I’m gonna say this would be a win as long as I left out the garlic powder or added a lot less then what’s called for.
