I LOVE this video, this is exactly what I was looking for. I'm a former FA who wants to go back to flying. But I've been away from it for 20 plus years and am now a lot older. Us older folks have alot of life experience, knowledge and wisdom to bring with us. I hope the recruiters see that.
Your videos are always so helpful! I’m attending the open interview this Tuesday in Houston and I’m 41. Now traditionally going to interview you’re not supposed to really speak about age. However, I completely understand what you’re saying as far as using it to your advantage during an interview. Me personally I do not look my age. I’m one of those very young looking millennials. I’m thinking do you have any suggestions for how to address the fact that I actually am over 40? Currently I’m thinking just emphasizing how many years of experience I have as a real estate agent, and in other professional roles.
You are spot on with everything you said in this video. If you believe it….you will succeed! I appreciate you taking the time to make this, thank you 😊
I really enjoyed your video on the positive aspects of being with a regional. I would love to be able to DM you as I e had both interviews with regional and with mainline and would love to ask you question about regional/your airline in particular. Thank you!
I think this video was targeted for older people. The important information pretty much started at the end of the video for the general flight attendance audience.

I am 24 years old listening to you insulting young people from following their dreams on becoming flight attendants. Saying that we are broke, most of us don’t have a husband, or kids so we are adaptable. Somehow that’s a bad thing?? How would you feel if I talk about how older people like you have bad knees, bad back pain, and needy children/husband/wife so aren’t good for the job. Sis you did not do a good job at motivating people. Don’t insult others to make your point. Stay positive. That was hurtful.
I received my CJO on my 45th birthday.

What is the difference between regional and mainline? What do you mean ?

What kind of questions do they ask at the face to face interview and is it easy to pass the face to face interview?
