Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dry instant yeast 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Egg 1 room temperature
Milk 1/2 cup (120ml) lukewarm
For chicken
Chicken 200g boneless
Minced garlic 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp or as taste
Crushed chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tsp
(Adjust the spice level according to your taste)
