We detect the emigrant trails that cross our state (circa 1820-1880). Because of the vast distances we walk, the variety of metals, and, in some areas, deep sand, we carry magnets and have collected rose head nails, fishing hooks, iron buttons, needles, thimbles and other smalls made of ferrous metals that we, otherwise, would have missed. Our favorites are magnets from Rare Earth.
Britain, you are going to find so many amazing things at this site!!! I can't wait to see what's next! I really like the clay marble and the toy soldier, old toys are artifacts, too. And Civil War stuff! I'm excited!!!😁
I noticed the brick that had rockmart stamped on it. I live about 15 minutes from where they used to manufacture the brick and it was really cool to see!
When you are at old houses, you need to find where the trash was dumped. You’ll find a lot of old bottles. And where the outhouse was. Lots of stuff fell in.
Congratulations on the finds. I also live in the area where Sherman came through northwest of Atlanta. I'm looking forward after the inclement winter weather to metal detect. I'm brand new at it.
Dude, I'm all about history, love what your doing, a big thumbs up bro, an just because of what your doing, I went ahead an subbed your channel, thx for the vid Bro An following.

Your welcome you’ve come a long way since the electric dam video lol
A pitchfork might have made the digging a little easier and less destructive.
Great video.Thanks.
That was fun!
I’m glad you enjoyed it! What was your favorite find?
Any chance for a privy dig? That would be so awesome! Thanks for this! Rox from Cali

I was really hoping for Civil War relics to pop out like a bayonet or sword.
Your Spencer piece reminds me of a brass page marker or holder.
That’s a good insight
Some nice finds who knows what you will find back during the civil war people barried mason jars of coins
That’s the truth! Anything could be here!
Some beautiful finds brother congrats hh
Thanks so much 🤟
Absolutely brotha can't wait to see another video of the site
That world war 1 figure was awesome
I was thinking the same thing!
Cool beans
Nice find bro..
Do you give the stuff you find to the land owners or museums
Yes, usually we give most of the items we find to the land owners
A garden fork also called a potato fork would have made the digging easier. Less damage more control.
Thanks for the input! I appreciate it!
Spencer was an early gun maker.
nice tickets on this adventure - that will be a great location - good luck - where is Grace??
Haha she was working while I was at this spot. She’s in the next episodes though!
👍👍
Is that a Spencer rifle plate?
I’m not sure, what do you think?
Yeah that's all haunted!!
👻
The guy with the pick axe is wearing brand new running shoes! Put on the work boots........ and get your hands dirty!
Haha that was me. Luckily I got these shoes from goodwill so they’re good to destroy
Goodyear rubber button
My new rule is: If you find an old house/property thats about to be torn down. Take a metal detector to it. You just may find...
That’s true!
@5:00 SPENCERIAN SCRIPT...
Soldier was a trench troop from WWI!
Could be a butt plate for a specer rifle
Never thought of that!
What did you find under the porch????
You need a better metal detector
Not really, I’ve found thousands of relics with the one I already have :)
