The world's best anything is subjective. There's no "for sure" anything. I personally like Berlin a lot, but it has a problem with refugees and gypsies. If they can be deported Berlin will be much nicer like it used to be.
@@maxisussex What you mean by refugees? If you mean Turks, the Turks aren't refugee. They are half German half Turk. They come there 60 years ago, as a workers. They born in Germany, they're hybrid, also they speak Deustch.
