The idea of everyone being twisted in different ways is such a unique take on the Roaring that I've never considered; rather than an instantaneous cataclysm, it's like a gradual decay akin to an open wound growing and rotting
i think my favorite part of noelle’s dialogue is the fact that her portrait doesn’t change or move at all, like she’s wearing some kind of mask. it really adds to the dialogue and how uncomfortable it is
The same thing happens with Undyne, and Alphys until she snaps out of her rambling for a moment. It seems to be a sign of them being in some sort of trance.
They probably didn't drink the water, but that begs the question, how have they survived this long without water? Several characters mention that it's been like this for several days.

The brutal graphic imagery I got from alot of the dialogue was pretty unnerving (Alphys, the nurse, and Noelle's especially-special shout tho for the body horror and degloving imagery for Burgerpants ) but for some reason the house just being gone got me to say "oh my god" out loud, like I don't know why that got me lmao

The monster from the "first ever game" broke people's bones if they got too close and ate their flesh if they tried to run away. Alphys broke the fingers of the students trying to escape the school, and the people in QC's are eating... something. Considering the amount of flesh and blood... probably that. Connection? Maybe? Possibly?
I saw a comment on this video saying basically: one of (or all) of the titans are affecting the water and causing the people who drink it to go crazy perhaps the monster is the titan?
What's worse, the guy who tells you about the game notes that the group of humans was never "seen, nor heard, nor known of" again. Think of the implications that, despite him telling you the story, no one ever knew about those people and their fate... Except for him. Which would imply that he may have been a little bit more... "Involved." Food for thought.

To me it was the fact what Alphys’ dialogue paired with fact with muitple children outside and that it also suggests that one none of windows slide up, two that there isn’t an emergency exit, and there that Alphys probably just realized how messed up the thing she did.
Idk. To me its trying way too hard to be scary. All the vids before this was cryptic and unnerving, but now its gone from 0-100 and turned apocalypse mode for no reason.

Few things ive noticed: - some monsters have been corrupted - “corrupted” monsters speak quickly/are quickly getting tapped. - he interacts with the corrupted ones twice - water is a large theme, tap and sea, perhaps even causing corruption - both toriel and asriel are gone (maybe asgore also, but hasnt been implied as far as ive noticed) this is reinforced through their house missing entirely Edit: -biblical themes -kris comes out of the bunker (i commented this when i was done with the video and somehow forgot)
Okay this concept is freaking amazing. It's probably too dark (heh) for Toby to ever do, but this idea of The Roaring is seriously cool. The idea that the people who drank the water (that probably came from the lake) are going crazy and violently killing people without even knowing anything is wrong, while the ones left are stuck with no way to escape the darkness, which is likely affecting them the same way Dark Fountains affect a Dark World. I love this. Not to mention the Flower King being changed to "Coronation Day", which may be a reference to the Mario creepypasta, which fittingly has a similiar idea. This is just amazing. I'm not sure what "Hound Run" could mean on the mayor's office building though. The hospital sign now only says "PIT", which could have all sorts of meanings too.
y'know, if the name of the video is accurate, and this is the roaring, the kris dying theory makes sense. after all, to close a dark fountain you need a human soul. and where would we get a human soul if the only human in town is dead?
Well if we’re going by the name of the video verbatim then it’s “roaring town?”. Ash-Veil-Lane-as-creepypasta-protagonist is just assigning the closest name from the existing lore that they can think of to what they’re seeing.
The song that plays is man.ogg, and the bunny rabbit fellow mentions that a guy went to the graveyard and then the whole area was covered in *trees.* Seems the tree man has some significance here. The water making everyone go insane is quite curious. I suppose it makes sense, given all the incredibly suspicious connections everything in deltarune has to water. It's been long implied there's a sea monster under the lake in this series. A roar coming from deep beneath the waves. Considering this is heard much clearer in the space between the transdimensional doors, it's probably connected to the dark worlds. What I'm getting at is, the "sea monster" is a titan. Its chaos has affected the water and all who drink it, including the trees. And the lake flooded too. The colors are desaturared very similarly to the "early intro cutscene" video. People are replaced with Harveys just like in that video. The house is very destroyed in that video just like the town here. The video says the house will be gone soon, and now it's gone. Pretty cut and dry there. That first video takes place during the roaring. Other noteworthy things: -Sans and Papyrus' house is completely gone. They've left to the world of Undertale. -The hospital window has a hand on it. Someone's in there. -The ghost house is really tall now? And Ash refuses to talk to the person next to it. -A lot of things that shouldn't have blood now have blood (such as trees and trash cans) so I guess that's part of the roaring?? -Alvin mentions that the colors in the sky are very pretty. Perhaps like the colors from the last video? -The circle of blackened books brings to mind the ritualistic items in the early school video. In fact, one of the items there was a *water damaged book.* Someone pointed out in the comments of that video that this "early" version of the unused classroom lacked the water damage it has in the actual game, too. Water and books. Hm. -RG01 says "I miss him, bros." Plural. Either he's aware of the existence of the player and is speaking to both them and Kris, or he's speaking to all of us. Oh, right, and the monster described by the cat dad, that's surely Gaster, right? He certainly speaks like him, and Gaster fits the physical description. Also that was so creepy. Well done. Something that hit me is the titan in the water might be the same being as the one in the cave that played games, and driving these lightners to madness and causing this apocalypse might be for breaking the rules of the game by finding the inbetween, and possibly for finding all of the rest of the unused things.

Something to note is the darker saturation of the entire town and the characters that are corrupted. Reminds me of the goners from Undertale. Maybe all of those goners were from this timeline, hence their strange dialogue. Makes me wonder if this connection is going to be made in the real game. Would be interesting.

Really feels like Toby's writing for the halloween hack but more fitting and improved. Good job on this, I like how the Roaring seems to make everyone go insane.
It provides me with some weird comfort to know that these versions of Monster Kid and Burgerpants (and maybe Bunny Girl and Clam Girl although the former might have a sinister reason for waiting for them to leave) are at the very least sane, even if they're not nessecarily "ok".
something i haven't seen anyone else talk about is the nod to dante's inferno; the first bunny guy's dialogue references the trees leaking a viscous substance and screaming when their twigs are broken, which is the description of the trees in i believe the second circle of Violence in dante's inferno (look it up bc im 90% sure youtube will nerf me if i actually describe it)

So close (actually no), the trees are in the seventh circle, the trees contain the souls of the people that committed sv1c1d3 and are constantly being attacked by harpies (the harpy thing is unrelated to the video, but I wanted to point it out), so if the guy bunny-man talked about got in there and trees appeared out of nowhere then something slightly bad might had happened...

@@IrksDrks Well remember here that the water is the problem here and where would Asgore be getting the water to water his flowers? I think he is using water from the water reservoir to water his flowers and since the reservoir is connected unground to the lake it has caused the flowers to become sentient and very likely deadly. I think this flower crown for the Coronation Day likely leads to his very gruesome death. Something I really want to take note of is the fact that the flowers in the trash can still have color even though they wouldn’t have that much water in them from before the roaring. TLDR: I think the coronation day that was on the sign means something involving a flower crown that due to the water based problem very much means Asgore is dead and possibly a walking corpse that is being puppeteered by the flowers or is having flowers growing from his corpse.
Ok, first off, the quality of these vids is phenomenal, as always. Now, for Notes: -Alvin says the sky is colorful and beautiful... Like the area between the interdimentional doors. -The nurse tells you to "Grow up, baby" if you're hurt. Like what an irritated sibling might say... -Throughout it all, weirdly enough, some characters are still kinda...themselves? Sans is gone, which honestly is something he very much might do if something this apocalyptic went down and he didn't have enough ties to stay. (Toriel is gone, after all...) And Burgerpants, even in the apocalypse, isn't dead or insane yet, just. Extremely uncomfortable. (Something something, can't go to hell, out of vacation days?) -The alleyway graffiti is different. Come to think of it, none of this even feels like unused or hidden content anymore, besides the occasional X-ed out npc or the fact this is technically labelled the Roaring. -"Stay where you are. We will find you." Um. Kinda makes me want to do the opposite of that, ngl. -So the "first game" was a monster of shadow and tentacles punishing a group of people who got too close and broke the rules of a game they didn't realize was being played, huh? -"I think it was the water fountains" "it came from the sink, so best to avoid water at the mo'" "the lake's tides have been rising" "I've been drinking water from the lake" something something sea monsters choppy water -Noelle is sick, but not so sick she can't control herself atm. When I wrote the above, that was before the house was GONE. Well then... -Clam Girl rather notably only encourages you on an UT pacifist run. Kill Undyne after chatting with her, and she becomes colder to you. Kris...what did you do...? As for theorizing... A vague shape of events is taking place in my head... Of an adopted child who fought with their sibling and lost themselves at sea, only to be "saved" by a sea monster when they called for help. They return and try so desperately to go home, but... Their sibling is gone. Their mother has moved away. They cannot go home. And the sea monster is not done playing this "game". Is the child Kris, or someone else? Where is the line between reality and fiction? I guess we'll just have to see if Ash uploads tomorrow...
1:10 the mention of screaming trees is interesting. They make me think of the suicide trees from Dante's Inferno, where people who offed themselves would get turned into a tree and be tortured for eternity. Food for thought.

Jesus, this made me remember a weird nightmare I had about Hometown five years ago. The town's altered coloration and partly decrepit state are just too on-point. Couldn't see the sky because the dream was styled like I was playing the game.

so, ima make a list of people I think are semi ok/sane 1. I saw another comment say this, I think burger pants and monster kid retain SOME form of sanity 1p2. monster kid seems ok due to the fact that he knows to at least avoid the "Finger smashers" 1p3. burger pants seems ok in the way that, he always acts kind of weird, but his weirdness it tame compared to the other monsters in this video 2. bunny girl is a 50/50, she is ether like monster kid trying to avoid them, or like... alphys 3. sans and pap seem to be good, they probably fled to a different universe, although, based one the pap loves you vid and the sighs of monsters eating each other, sans might dead be bone broth 4. Noelle's mom seems ok. though unethical to lock your kid out the house during the end of the world, its probably for the best, Noelle would have probably eaten her 5. I think tori and asriel might be ok actually, for the semi same reason as sans and pap (there house is missing) 6. I think asgore might also be ok, 1 because his house still retains color, 2 because he might be purifying the water before drinking it by making tea 7. oh ya, the students were ok, until they... ya
I think Asgore got got by watering flowers. Because what I am imagining the Coronation Day sign means is flower crowns obviously watered early. The fact the flowers are still colorful in the trash can leads to me to believe flowers are either unaffected or drastically affected and Asgore died by his flowers.
I was really expecting Monster Kid to be facing the other way upon re-entering the room, their face Goner-ified and their dialogue sufficiently corrupted after the fact. That being said, this was one of the most chilling things I've experienced in a long while. Holy fuck.
Things of note (Aside from this being a long-ass video): - Kris comes out of the Bunker to a grayed-out Light World. The name suggests it could be The Roaring. - - Kris entering this area through exiting the bunker *could be* alluding to the fact that Kris got here through the Trans Dimensional Door in 15_doorway, although I don't have much evidence to support my theory. - - This whole "Roaring Town" seems to be reminiscent of the bedroom as seen in 14_early intro cutscene. This is further supported by the fact that upon examining the window in the aforementioned video, the text says "The house will be gone soon". The difference being that Kris is seemingly the only thing not greyed out in this world. - The music in the "Roaring Town" is very reminiscent of "Man" (The soundtrack in the original game that plays in the "Rooms in-between") - //Damages & Changes: Physical// - - The top window of the church is smashed. - - The pathway to the cemetery is g o n - - - "There was a guy standing in the middle of the road. He said he heard something in the cemetery and went to investigate." It is not elaborated on who that is. Asgore Plausibility index: 38.7%. If you have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Reasoning: - - - - [++ASGORE] Ash/Kris didn't check on Asgore when they were near his flower shop, and Asgore's pickup is nowhere to be seen. - - - - - [-ASGORE] I doubt he'd take an entire pickup with him to the cemetery. (fuckin' don't remember his name) - - The rabbit guy: talks about trees and how they scream when branch break -(ULTRAKILL REFERENCE???!?!?!?)- - - Politics Bear makes -ULTRAKILL REFERENCE???!?!?!?- - - Alphys boarded up by School (also blames water) - - Nurse who got a little too fucking tired (relatable)(also makes graphic descriptions of injuries that seem a bit more serious than what you would normally expect) - - Undyne describes the pain of a neverending chase. - - What seems to be an Aaron chewing on the police tape, seemingly too far gone. - - Monster Kid "doesn't want to go back in there". Could be referencing the school. Mentions the sky chagning as well. Overall seems stable, though we don't see their face. - - P"e"zza Pants also relatively normal, but seems to have become one with his ICE-E costume. - - Catti's father tells a fucked up story about games. Also "if you step over the lines, then the game is over, not just for you but for everyone." Out of everything this line seems to me to be extra significant. - - The "Bun-bun" girl also blames the water. - - Reporter girl (the one in the middle of the road) says "The sun hasn't returned to the sky in days", among other things, but I'm 90.0% certain that that's an exaggeration. - - Not Royal Guard lost his bro to the murky waters of the lake. - - - //:I_SWEAR_IF_THIS_IS_WHAT_THIS_ARG_IS_ALL_ABOUT_I_DON'T_KNOW_WHAT_I'LL_DO() - - Noelle is locked out of her house and resorts to what I can only describe as Susie's survival tactics, with the exception that this brings her unfathomable pain. She also self-reported to have been drinking lake water. She also also told Kris to go home and that their family is waiting for them. - - Clam Whatever doesn't open for Kris. - It seems like the mental changes of characters somewhat reflect their issues and who they are in general, which is interesting in its own right.
I don’t know about anyone else but I am still wondering what happened to Onion. Like all I can think about is that possibly a timeline without Onion causes all of this and I gotta say definitely makes the creator based. Like the absolute lack Onion is kinda frightening like the only hint that they possibly exist is when the guard talks about him walking into the water.
This just reminded me of something. In the 05_susie phone dialogue video, Susie says that Kris wants the lake to flood the whole city, and something like this is happening in this video.
This is genuinely the most horrifying and chilling Deltarune fan content I think I've seen. I haven't seen any other videos in this series, so I don't know if there's context that would change this, but I like how the ending sets up expectations and then breaks them. After hearing about people turning horribly violent yet calm, peoples' bodies mangling themselves horrifically, Noelle saying "Your family is waiting for you" preps you to imagine the worst: what will the Dreemurrs be like? How awful is it going to be? It takes that anticipation and suspense, and just makes it worse instead of answering it. Because somehow, the way the house was just gone, like the family was never even there, feels even scarier.
THINGS I FOUND OF NOTICE Kris walks out of the bunker the song playing is the song playing in the man behind the tree room. Hospital is now shaved around to only say PIT which is most likely a reference to the pit in 02. someone says that it came from the sink and to stay away from water and guard 02 i think gets swept away by the MURKY waters. another towns person said something about the fountains. water fountains. maybe after the roaring the water has turned into dark liquid or the liquid that makes up a dark fountain. and it seems the roaring changed everybodys personalitys. even some of them being swapped. for example undyne is afraid and acting cowardish and alphys is acting incredibly crude. and toriels house is gone. which suggests this is AFTER kris died and was reanimated (if they were of course). My theory? after kris died nobody could seal the fountains. which caused the roaring. ralsei even explaining what they would do if we were to not show up seems oddly specific aswell. And the room we saw in the last episode was explaining how everything is all broken and destroyed. ASWELL as the fact that in that same episode the room is more gray than usual. EDIT: i noticed that undyne talks about a tall sharp clawed and toothed beast which kind of sounds like the discription of the monster from the "Game" that cattys husband talks about. this could be the monster from the depths that was talked about.
I had to pause at 3:33 when Undyne started talking and all she'd said so far was "Feet". I know this is a horror series but there are lines we still shouldn't cross.
I actually do believe Asgore is the most safe out of everyone there... You know how filtering and boiling water kills about all bacteria? I feel like Asgore with the most color of the store shows how he's still up. The text on the shop could mean that he's the "king" of the world because he's the last. We know that some people are still sane, Monster Kid and Burgerpants. So why not Asgore too? Literally the main goal of Undertale was to go meet him and break the barrier, this feels oddly the same with Susie telling you to find the truth in _17. Dunno, I'm just rambling how Asgore may or may not have some importance in the roaring.
a couple things: - just like in the papyrus's house upload, anything with ties to sans has been erased (namely the sign on grillby's and sans's house) - alphys mentions that a disease came from the water fountains, and in the school early upload, the water fountain is called, "an excellent vector for disease" - another tv with static appeared in the alleyway (blood in the trashcan too, probably doesn't mean anything at this point) - impossible kris movement at 6:22 - both alphys and the cat dad seem to auto skip to their next line without waiting for player input (also both mention breaking of bones) - another placeholder X appearance at 7:11 - the placeholder X gives us another mention of disease from water - the flower king's sign references a mario romhack that has a similar feel to this upload - noelle also skips to her next line, just like alphys and the cat dad - kris's house is completely missing at the end, which might explain why no calls to kris's house work
This is EXCELLENT, it PERFECTLY aligns with toby fox's style, and only once or twice deviates from something you might actually see in a bad ending scenario in this game. It never delves too deep into horror that it would go beyond toby's usual all-ages appeal, but it's SUPER creepy nonetheless, and makes you feel to blame for what is happening in a very subtle way.
"You should go home, kris." "Your family is waiting for you," So, maybe Kris was adopted after the dreemurs, but ran before his new family could meet him, and they're just waiting for him, even if he refuses to come.
at the end of 15_doorway, the text prompt is phrased more like a question "where will you go?" this video opens with the same sound that 15_doorway ended with, indicating that this place might have been where the doorway lead to. i think it's safe to assume that this episode takes place after 15_doorway

the fact there are actually some disaster happening here and not just "SAVE ME FROM THE AGONY" or "TURN OFF THE GAME" kind of shit without explanation, i think what makes horror genre good is not how it scares you(not to mention that these methods are getting bored) but how to write plots and concepts. also i like how their sprites haven't been edited into creepypasta level and just stay the same/mildly edited. it's so satisfying not witnessing tryhard horror, good work.

The idea of everyone being twisted in different ways is such a unique take on the Roaring that I've never considered; rather than an instantaneous cataclysm, it's like a gradual decay akin to an open wound growing and rotting
i think my favorite part of noelle’s dialogue is the fact that her portrait doesn’t change or move at all, like she’s wearing some kind of mask. it really adds to the dialogue and how uncomfortable it is
The same thing happens with Undyne, and Alphys until she snaps out of her rambling for a moment. It seems to be a sign of them being in some sort of trance.

- “corrupted” monsters speak quickly/are quickly getting tapped.
- he interacts with the corrupted ones twice
- water is a large theme, tap and sea, perhaps even causing corruption
- both toriel and asriel are gone (maybe asgore also, but hasnt been implied as far as ive noticed) this is reinforced through their house missing entirely

Okay this concept is freaking amazing. It's probably too dark (heh) for Toby to ever do, but this idea of The Roaring is seriously cool. The idea that the people who drank the water (that probably came from the lake) are going crazy and violently killing people without even knowing anything is wrong, while the ones left are stuck with no way to escape the darkness, which is likely affecting them the same way Dark Fountains affect a Dark World. I love this. Not to mention the Flower King being changed to "Coronation Day", which may be a reference to the Mario creepypasta, which fittingly has a similiar idea. This is just amazing. I'm not sure what "Hound Run" could mean on the mayor's office building though. The hospital sign now only says "PIT", which could have all sorts of meanings too.

Well if we’re going by the name of the video verbatim then it’s “roaring town?”. Ash-Veil-Lane-as-creepypasta-protagonist is just assigning the closest name from the existing lore that they can think of to what they’re seeing.
The idea of the roaring being mass insanity is very interesting
The song that plays is man.ogg, and the bunny rabbit fellow mentions that a guy went to the graveyard and then the whole area was covered in *trees.* Seems the tree man has some significance here.
The water making everyone go insane is quite curious. I suppose it makes sense, given all the incredibly suspicious connections everything in deltarune has to water.
It's been long implied there's a sea monster under the lake in this series. A roar coming from deep beneath the waves. Considering this is heard much clearer in the space between the transdimensional doors, it's probably connected to the dark worlds.
What I'm getting at is, the "sea monster" is a titan. Its chaos has affected the water and all who drink it, including the trees. And the lake flooded too.
The colors are desaturared very similarly to the "early intro cutscene" video. People are replaced with Harveys just like in that video. The house is very destroyed in that video just like the town here. The video says the house will be gone soon, and now it's gone.
Pretty cut and dry there. That first video takes place during the roaring.
Other noteworthy things:
-Sans and Papyrus' house is completely gone. They've left to the world of Undertale.
-The hospital window has a hand on it. Someone's in there.
-The ghost house is really tall now? And Ash refuses to talk to the person next to it.
-A lot of things that shouldn't have blood now have blood (such as trees and trash cans) so I guess that's part of the roaring??
-Alvin mentions that the colors in the sky are very pretty. Perhaps like the colors from the last video?
-The circle of blackened books brings to mind the ritualistic items in the early school video. In fact, one of the items there was a *water damaged book.* Someone pointed out in the comments of that video that this "early" version of the unused classroom lacked the water damage it has in the actual game, too. Water and books. Hm.
-RG01 says "I miss him, bros." Plural. Either he's aware of the existence of the player and is speaking to both them and Kris, or he's speaking to all of us.
Oh, right, and the monster described by the cat dad, that's surely Gaster, right? He certainly speaks like him, and Gaster fits the physical description. Also that was so creepy. Well done.
EDIT: Wait a second. Kris comes out of the bunker. I completely forgot about this - I bet this is where they came out when they left the "in-between" last episode.
Something that hit me is the titan in the water might be the same being as the one in the cave that played games, and driving these lightners to madness and causing this apocalypse might be for breaking the rules of the game by finding the inbetween, and possibly for finding all of the rest of the unused things.

Something to note is the darker saturation of the entire town and the characters that are corrupted. Reminds me of the goners from Undertale. Maybe all of those goners were from this timeline, hence their strange dialogue. Makes me wonder if this connection is going to be made in the real game. Would be interesting.

I think he is using water from the water reservoir to water his flowers and since the reservoir is connected unground to the lake it has caused the flowers to become sentient and very likely deadly. I think this flower crown for the Coronation Day likely leads to his very gruesome death. Something I really want to take note of is the fact that the flowers in the trash can still have color even though they wouldn’t have that much water in them from before the roaring.
TLDR: I think the coronation day that was on the sign means something involving a flower crown that due to the water based problem very much means Asgore is dead and possibly a walking corpse that is being puppeteered by the flowers or is having flowers growing from his corpse.

-Alvin says the sky is colorful and beautiful... Like the area between the interdimentional doors.

-Throughout it all, weirdly enough, some characters are still kinda...themselves? Sans is gone, which honestly is something he very much might do if something this apocalyptic went down and he didn't have enough ties to stay. (Toriel is gone, after all...) A vague shape of events is taking place in my head...
Of an adopted child who fought with their sibling and lost themselves at sea, only to be "saved" by a sea monster when they called for help.
They return and try so desperately to go home, but... Their sibling is gone. Their mother has moved away. They cannot go home.
And the sea monster is not done playing this "game".
Is the child Kris, or someone else? Where is the line between reality and fiction? I guess we'll just have to see if Ash uploads tomorrow...

Jesus, this made me remember a weird nightmare I had about Hometown five years ago. The town's altered coloration and partly decrepit state are just too on-point. Couldn't see the sky because the dream was styled like I was playing the game.

so, ima make a list of people I think are semi ok/sane
1. I saw another comment say this, I think burger pants and monster kid retain SOME form of sanity
1p2. monster kid seems ok due to the fact that he knows to at least avoid the "Finger smashers"
1p3. burger pants seems ok in the way that, he always acts kind of weird, but his weirdness it tame compared to the other monsters in this video
2. bunny girl is a 50/50, she is ether like monster kid trying to avoid them, or like... alphys
3. sans and pap seem to be good, they probably fled to a different universe, although, based one the pap loves you vid and the sighs of monsters eating each other, sans might dead be bone broth
4. Noelle's mom seems ok. though unethical to lock your kid out the house during the end of the world, its probably for the best, Noelle would have probably eaten her
5. I think tori and asriel might be ok actually, for the semi same reason as sans and pap (there house is missing)
6. I think asgore might also be ok, 1 because his house still retains color, 2 because he might be purifying the water before drinking it by making tea
7. oh ya, the students were ok, until they... ya
I think Asgore got got by watering flowers. Because what I am imagining the Coronation Day sign means is flower crowns obviously watered early. The fact the flowers are still colorful in the trash can leads to me to believe flowers are either unaffected or drastically affected and Asgore died by his flowers.
I like how both Sans' house and Kris' house are missing. I like how only one of those feels completely normal compared to everything else.

I was really expecting Monster Kid to be facing the other way upon re-entering the room, their face Goner-ified and their dialogue sufficiently corrupted after the fact. That being said, this was one of the most chilling things I've experienced in a long while. Holy fuck.

Things of note (Aside from this being a long-ass video):
- Kris comes out of the Bunker to a grayed-out Light World. The name suggests it could be The Roaring.
- - Kris entering this area through exiting the bunker *could be* alluding to the fact that Kris got here through the Trans Dimensional Door in 15_doorway, although I don't have much evidence to support my theory.
- - This whole "Roaring Town" seems to be reminiscent of the bedroom as seen in 14_early intro cutscene. This is further supported by the fact that upon examining the window in the aforementioned video, the text says "The house will be gone soon". The difference being that Kris is seemingly the only thing not greyed out in this world.
- The music in the "Roaring Town" is very reminiscent of "Man" (The soundtrack in the original game that plays in the "Rooms in-between")

- - PIT clearly legible on the HOSPITAL sign.

- - Catti's father tells a fucked up story about games. Also "if you step over the lines, then the game is over, not just for you but for everyone." Out of everything this line seems to me to be extra significant.
- - The "Bun-bun" girl also blames the water.
- - Reporter girl (the one in the middle of the road) says "The sun hasn't returned to the sky in days", among other things, but I'm 90.0% certain that that's an exaggeration.

- It seems like the mental changes of characters somewhat reflect their issues and who they are in general, which is interesting in its own right.
I don’t know about anyone else but I am still wondering what happened to Onion. Like all I can think about is that possibly a timeline without Onion causes all of this and I gotta say definitely makes the creator based. Like the absolute lack Onion is kinda frightening like the only hint that they possibly exist is when the guard talks about him walking into the water.

This just reminded me of something. In the 05_susie phone dialogue video, Susie says that Kris wants the lake to flood the whole city, and something like this is happening in this video.
This is genuinely the most horrifying and chilling Deltarune fan content I think I've seen. I haven't seen any other videos in this series, so I don't know if there's context that would change this, but I like how the ending sets up expectations and then breaks them. After hearing about people turning horribly violent yet calm, peoples' bodies mangling themselves horrifically, Noelle saying "Your family is waiting for you" preps you to imagine the worst: what will the Dreemurrs be like? How awful is it going to be? It takes that anticipation and suspense, and just makes it worse instead of answering it. Because somehow, the way the house was just gone, like the family was never even there, feels even scarier.
I really do like the detail of sans’s house just being entirely gone, he seems like the only one who managed to get out of dodge before the roaring

THINGS I FOUND OF NOTICE
Kris walks out of the bunker the song playing is the song playing in the man behind the tree room.
Hospital is now shaved around to only say PIT which is most likely a reference to the pit in 02.
someone says that it came from the sink and to stay away from water and guard 02 i think gets swept away by the MURKY waters. another towns person said something about the fountains. water fountains. maybe after the roaring the water has turned into dark liquid or the liquid that makes up a dark fountain.
and it seems the roaring changed everybodys personalitys. even some of them being swapped. for example undyne is afraid and acting cowardish and alphys is acting incredibly crude. and toriels house is gone. which suggests this is AFTER kris died and was reanimated (if they were of course). My theory? after kris died nobody could seal the fountains. which caused the roaring. ralsei even explaining what they would do if we were to not show up seems oddly specific aswell. And the room we saw in the last episode was explaining how everything is all broken and destroyed. ASWELL as the fact that in that same episode the room is more gray than usual.
EDIT: i noticed that undyne talks about a tall sharp clawed and toothed beast which kind of sounds like the discription of the monster from the "Game" that cattys husband talks about. this could be the monster from the depths that was talked about.

I know this is a horror series but there are lines we still shouldn't cross.
In one of the games I played for my channel, everyone had six feet. Sometimes it's just unavoidable.
I actually do believe Asgore is the most safe out of everyone there...

I feel like Asgore with the most color of the store shows how he's still up. The text on the shop could mean that he's the "king" of the world because he's the last.
We know that some people are still sane, Monster Kid and Burgerpants. So why not Asgore too?
Literally the main goal of Undertale was to go meet him and break the barrier, this feels oddly the same with Susie telling you to find the truth in _17.
Dunno, I'm just rambling how Asgore may or may not have some importance in the roaring.
Another thing to mention is asgore very well might exist in the proper reality, as asriel does, and where do you think he came from

a couple things:
- just like in the papyrus's house upload, anything with ties to sans has been erased (namely the sign on grillby's and sans's house)
- alphys mentions that a disease came from the water fountains, and in the school early upload, the water fountain is called, "an excellent vector for disease"
- another tv with static appeared in the alleyway (blood in the trashcan too, probably doesn't mean anything at this point)
- impossible kris movement at 6:22
- both alphys and the cat dad seem to auto skip to their next line without waiting for player input (also both mention breaking of bones)
- another placeholder X appearance at 7:11
- the placeholder X gives us another mention of disease from water
- the flower king's sign references a mario romhack that has a similar feel to this upload
- noelle also skips to her next line, just like alphys and the cat dad
- kris's house is completely missing at the end, which might explain why no calls to kris's house work
This is EXCELLENT, it PERFECTLY aligns with toby fox's style, and only once or twice deviates from something you might actually see in a bad ending scenario in this game. It never delves too deep into horror that it would go beyond toby's usual all-ages appeal, but it's SUPER creepy nonetheless, and makes you feel to blame for what is happening in a very subtle way.

So, maybe Kris was adopted after the dreemurs, but ran before his new family could meet him, and they're just waiting for him, even if he refuses to come.
at the end of 15_doorway, the text prompt is phrased more like a question "where will you go?" this video opens with the same sound that 15_doorway ended with, indicating that this place might have been where the doorway lead to. i think it's safe to assume that this episode takes place after 15_doorway

-style of the videos is like omori; in episode 15, it resembles the hell/heaven part in sweethearts castle, this episode acts like a black space, etc

-apocalypse happening; i guess alyphs trapped all the kids in the school bc they turned into zombies?
-possibly a dark fountain in the lake caused the roaring and contaminated the waters
-this maybe could be just a culmination of kris's guilt when they died in the lake and everybody felt guilty
-no clue about the cult aspects. maybe they summoned the roaring?
-there was no home from the beginning
-the roaring was happening from the beginning maybe and when the player kept playing the game it just got worse
-burgerpants got springlocked D: i think he is partially infected but its only below his head and the suit keeps it going to his brain cause it's so tight

the fact there are actually some disaster happening here and not just "SAVE ME FROM THE AGONY" or "TURN OFF THE GAME" kind of shit without explanation, i think what makes horror genre good is not how it scares you(not to mention that these methods are getting bored) but how to write plots and concepts.
also i like how their sprites haven't been edited into creepypasta level and just stay the same/mildly edited. it's so satisfying not witnessing tryhard horror, good work.

I honestly imagined the house being there and while Toriel is also corrupted and talking about gore with a smile, a university student Asriel stands not corrupted, scared as if he saw a ghost saying/screaming “Kris, why is everyone tripping balls!?”
