One of the major thing for EB1A is proving you are at the very top of the field (some officers view it as top 10%, some view it as top 5 and top 1%). And you need to prove it objectively with strong objective evidences, expert letters these days carry less to no impact. With many people discussing this and looking at it thinking satisfying 3 somehow gets it then its a problem, the absolute approvals in this criteria are stable for years. The reason is the failure in second step of analysis which I said before. Sure some people pass with luck but that shouldnt be the standard for onw to file as Uscis updates internal standards based on patterns they observe in applications. Build your profile and work hard as it takes some years to build. The reason why researchers have advantage is they work is relevant to field and not just a company, even many researchers wont quakify which is the reason they apply for EB2 NIW

Don't make fool of people, it will not change for many coming years now. There will be a significant backlog. Thousands are in queue, showing fake experiences to get in EB1

Please check the USCIS website regarding the requirements. Stop relying on UA-camrs. Instead, consult with an immigration lawyer

hi Omkar, my son is working as Doctor of Physical therapist. Can he apply for EB1 visa category?
