  • I Am Running Today! I completed a 4-mile Progression Run on the Norco Horse Trail. I am slowly getting back to normal running. The first mile of the session is always a struggle (with pain and residual fatigue). However, my left knee loosens up after 3 miles into the run. I can't go much more than 4 miles before my body begins to shut down. The goal right now is to be able to run each day. Also, I have about 22 pounds to lose to get back to optimum racing weight. Stay well!
