Great video! I am happy with my total gym Rut, but I could totally see this being a great option for someone with a smaller space, or an elderly person who could still get all of the benefits without a more cumbersome machine.

This is a great and thorough review. I wanted to point out that QVC had this unit on sale this past weekend for $299.99 and it may still be going on because I just checked their site and it I still 299.99.I was thinking about pulling the trigger as I was thinking about a second model. I appreciate your content as it is hard figuring out the different models to choose!

@@DavidsTotalFitness Yes, it's my first Total Gym. I'm getting older and recognize I need strength training. I like how levels are so customizable. We just set it up and tried out a few exercises.
