I'm confused. It will be legal that I posses cannabis, and its legal I can grow it. But its illegal to buy it.. So how do I grow it if I can't buy it? Can't order seeds through the mail. So how does one even start? How can I possess something I can't buy or grow?
Hi! If my case was continued so that I could be placed on probation in order to get the charge expunged, but did not follow through.. failed tests and didn’t do community service, since the continued court date is after July 1st, would it just be a $25 fine?
You definitely need to talk to a local attorney. That's going to depend upon your local court. It's not automatically converted to the civil penalty, and some prosecutors will treat it more harshly because you were court ordered to do things. Call my office at 540.318.5824
is the fine for every stop so lets say i get stopped by the cops and i pay the fine then they stop me again a week later will the punishment still only be the 25 dollor fine, also im under the age of 21, if the cops stopped me would this have a greater punishment.
