Hi Kseniya, I want to thank you for all of your helpful videos! One thing I am not clear about Foia request, when I submitted the request online, it pop out with a notification saying that I have to register the case with case number and Pin number, or it won't appear in my work space. Do we have to do that, the case number and pin number will be sent by mail to us? Is that true? Looking forward to your reply, thanks! You are the best!
Hi thanks for the information!! I have a question on 5:38 min. I put mi father and mother names and I cant go any further... The NEXT Button dont let me click
I need to request all information on my Fiancé case. After his interview it was sent back to USCIS n then they terminated his case bcz his time expired and we still don’t have a reason as to why his case was sent back and what should we do next. How should I request it? Their website is confusing.
Hi Kseniya. I have submitted FOIA on my I-751 and N400 over a month ago after I learned that my combo interview got scheduled. Anyway, I ended up having my combo interview and everything went well and approved. Now I don’t need FOIA response anymore. The timeline says that I should receive my response soon. Is this going to cause me any trouble since my case got approved? What do you think? Thanks
Thank you for the information that you have provided. It is really very helpful to know this. I slowly am finding out all the different steps of progress, how to progress on finding things out about my case and the case for my wife across. abroad in the Philippines. I want to ask a question. Maybe you can answer. Maybe not But can I find out the results? of the real reason why she was turned down on AD. S160. we have tried to have her come here on a visitor visa but failed because of some reason I don't know why. I believe they say that something about the ties in the country is not strong enough or something like that, but I don't believe that. So on the FOIA, can I find out the details of what happened on that review? Visa. We currently have the I130 in progress right now, waiting for approval on that. We have not gotten any further with that to complete it, because we have now married. I was trying to get her here earlier to be here while I needed some surgery that she could be with me. So they turned all of that down Bottom line is, I need to, I would like to know, is it possible for me to find out the real reason of the turn down on the visitor visa? Can you help with that?
The reason tourist visas are denied is because your wife is married to you - the purpose of the tourist visa is to travel as a tourist and prove that she doesn’t intend to immigrate to the U.S. But because you two are married and now you have an active case going with I-130 it shows that she intends to immigrate to the U.S. you cannot use a FOIA to find out why they denied it - they gave you the reason right in the letter. I recommend watching videos from this guy who explains it pretty well: Darian Immigration Law
@@KseniyaInternational I have a question as well. Purpose of our FOIA is to request all steps which we take about our pending unreasonable time I130 petition. And we wanna file writ of Mandamus. That's why we need all our calls to uscis, correspondence, expedite requests and senator's requests regarding I130 petition. Could you guideline how to do that?

Hi, if you see this comment please reply !! I am a US citizen and my spouse is working on a student visa and soon will receive H1B visa. We would also like to apply for adjustment of status but our issue is that because he's on a student visa, he can't quit his job and move to live with me and I have taken a huge scholarship from a medical organization that involves working for that organization for 3 years at least !! And If I quit I lose the scholarship! Having said that, we're only 40 miles apart but we don't have same address! I have a house in my name and he has an apartment! We do live 4 days a week together but our primary address is different! Is this a problem? Would having different addresses matter on our application?
