Yeah, it should be. Since the wheels are bigger unlike the 2024 KLX110R, the forks should pretty much help it compress easier so, yeah it should be ok, man. Enjoy your riding!
We struggle to get that model in the U.K. 😢 I fancy one, had 450s alsorts of mx bikes but lots of fun on my little ttr125 small wheel wish I never sold it.

I would say the klx110 is the easiest and best for learning wheelies the klx140 and crf110 is a little harder.

No you're way too big for this bike. A 230 would be too small for you. You need a klx 300r at least
