I would say it was actually awesome to see good plays from the players of Jordan Addison and Lucky Jackson.
At the end when you were talking about Hockenson, something occurred to me as you rattled off his, JJ and Jordan Addisons name. Fans have been trying to come up with a good “group name” but it usually centered around their initials, like JJ, TJ and JA. But it’s not quite right. So, here’s my thought for you…
We can call them My 3 Sons (old school sitcoms name):
JefferSON
HockenSON
AddiSON
My Three Sons. Feel free to run with it if you want!

I know he struggled with the playbook a little too. But at THIS point I think it’s fair to assume that injury truly did alter his career.

He's talented, but also Flores coverage packages are sophisticated yet unorthodox where multiple changes are called before the ball is snapped. Cine hasn't grasped it yet. But they're giving Cine every chance to try and figure it out.

In the OTAs QB 1 & 3 with their respective groups will get the most reps
That's good for JJM, ALSO with the 2s or 3s or 4s you can stop for lessons in how do things right( whole group) whereas 1s it's less about overall teachings( been there done that, we know the program) its more about refining tech , finer details of format
We are going to be a problem for teams. If we stay healthy (knock wood) and don't turn the ball over 4x per game, we are going to be a PROBLEM!

It’s voluntary workouts. Sure it would be nice to see JJ out there. Til he tears an ACL in shorts and a t-shirt. Can we remember JJ has been JJ even when we had one team QB carousel last year? They will be fine.
Would’ve loved to see Jefferson at OTA’s working with the new QB’s..would’ve been great for the team
Yeah but if he gets seriously injured he can say good bye to his future contract. Business is business unfortunately. I feel you man would have loved that too.

What happened to jaren hall?
I don't doubt that Darnold will look good in practice. He has all the physical tools. However, it is during the games that he likely breaks down. Seeing ghosts, panicking under pressure, turning the ball over. These are all his fatal flaws that will almost certainly resurface during live play. Darnold has shown us who he is during his time in the NFL. I'm certainly rooting that McCarthy shows us more than Darnold and wins the starting job. Otherwise, the Vikings and us fans are in for a long, painful year with a lot of question marks heading into 2025.
Darnold had little if any receiving talent in New York and an even worse offensive line. The absolute worst situation for a rookie QB to be in.
