I used to go to Santo Domingo all the time when I was young back in the 90's and early 2000's. It was wonderful. Had no trouble making friends or meeting new boyfriends.
Hi Lorenzo, lovely video but can you please share more about clubs locations ? What about accommodation , would have suggestion ? How about Punta Cana gay clubs ? Thanks for sharing
Thanks Lorenzo - you are a character - who . . . girlllllll . . . needs to provide spelling of clubs if you can't pronounce them. I am just kidding - don't change a thing - you are hilarious. I've never been to the DR - - - at the same time, I kind of live there becaues I live in Little Dominica in NYC. I'm planning a trip in the next month or so. I was first going to go to Punta Cana - - - but then, I was hearing things about Puerto Plata - - - there are many guys to meet who love Americans and the gifts they give (wink).
You left the city without nothing and you comeback there something else, specially gay community (someone must build and fight for their right there) and now you complain about Wifi?
Andrew Mcy just read this, for marketing purposes it would be nice to do live feeds and check in to share with followers I’m real time. I think my positives were many, Wi-Fi was a suggestion and I still suggested people go.
Thanks for the video. Be a bit more humble and learn how to pronounce the bar names. Also if you want the same thing that you get in the USA then stay in the USA. Explore with an open heart and open mind. I like the video except the way you express your opinions make you sound pretentious and your education goes out the door.
Gabriel Lemoine Sharing is caring. The truth hurts, but my video was about how wonderful the people and gay life are in Santo Domingo now. From your comments, it doesn’t sound like you really watched the video.
@@lorenzohubbarddesigns6817 sharing is definitely caring, That is the reason for sharing my comment. I am still subscribe to the channel and will continue to watch. Hello Stickman, This a very general question, because Dominican Gay men are like me everywhere. They check every box. There are men there who are very sweet, honest and loyal, but there are also those who hook up with someone different daily, and are only looking to take advantage of others. It’s not a secret that there a guys there who juggle several relationships with foreigners at one time. I would say to you, use the way you start a relationship or encounter with someone as an idea of how they are all the time. Also, where are you? Santo Domingo, Punta Cana and some of the other tourist spots have guys who are use to a more transient life style, and are accustom to hooking up with someone new every week. Very South Beach! I hope this answers your question.
Brian Ochieng, yes very safe and friendly. You have to be smart and not travel places alone down dark streets. Stay in a safe hotel. Depending on your taste, there are both moderate and high end boutique hotels in La Zona Colonial. If you’re going to enjoy the beautiful guys, don’t leave your valuables laying around.
really? feeling fabulous in miami? #brickell by the way, those who called you ru paul are wrong. ru paul is funny. 😊 we gays are vicious, aren't we? please do not answer. haha
Thanks for the comment. I don’t know where you’re referring to the music being boring. Was it a club in Santo Domingo? The United States is a huge country, so when you say the music is boring in The USA you have to be more specific. For example if a Mexican person told me they wanted to travel within the US and they wanted to enjoy Bachata, I would suggest New York and definitely get out of Manhattan.
@@fabianvictoria-moreno3008 I can understand how you feel, but you can also imagine the people who live there enjoy international music and get tired of hearing the music they grew up listening to. That said, there are clubs there that cater to those who want to hear Latin music, even in the gay community.
Lol at him saying “girl” to whoever is watching and listening lol
this just told em all i need to know. gracias.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
u a natural for giving a unbiased review thanks

Why all the shade in the comments, Lorenzo is just being honest, I see absolutely nothing wrong with his video.
Because the world is broken, the world hates honesty
