I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

I did a 3 day road trip doing 20:4 IF. It was so easy. I did pack pre-made microwave meals for the room and my usual snacks I have.

You can do it Jackie!❤ I am challenging myself to 23 hour daily fast with a 1 hour eating window. I will start with a week at a time but my goal is to do it for 30 days!
So far 168hrs fasted. I’m going for a 336hrs. 😮

Beware, I spent a lot of money on the HEALBE 3 watch wanting to time my fasting windows. The watch does not have any sort of a timer on it.

Ugggh Ranch with your pizza again!?!? How are we even friends? LOL
Too funny! I never knew that was a thing until I moved to NM and they dip their crust in ranch dressing but a friend of ours tried each bite of pizza. I had to try it. My thing is to dip in the ranch and then into red pepper flakes - YUM!
its monday April fools day lol....I am doing a 40 hr fast then OMAD Vacation for me and hubby returning next Monday....wish me luck!
If your OMAD is ice cream and cake you might as well eat all day and just go back to OMAD when you get home.
