Wonderful work. There were a few flubs, but the delivery was strong, and the story, of course, a true classic
Nicely done. Chapter 5, being the climax, deserved more patience and soft emphasis. A bit more patience in reading, a pause of silence gives the audience pause to ponder and to anticipate. Well done, but the narrator mispronounces the author’s name.
That was something that irritated me as well. It’s not pronounced like “Bennett,” it’s pronounced like “Ben-nay.” The accent over the “e” is a clue to the correct pronunciation.
I really enjoyed your reading. It would be helpful if someone corrected your occasional mispronunciations before posting.
