Is my ParkIt360 Force10K trailer brake operation reversed?

  • I bought this used ParkIt360 Force10K to move my brand new car hauler trailer around my property, but testing it I can only move the trailer if the 7pin plug is out. If the trailer's plug is in, the trailer's brakes engage the moment I move the forward or reverse switch, and release the trailer brakes when I stop moving.
This video demonstrates using a 7 pin testing plug showing the BU (Back Up) stays lit, then switches to BK (brakes) soon as I start moving forward or reverse. If I have the trailer connected, soon as I go to move forward or reverse, the trailer's brakes apply keeping the Force10K's tires spinning in place.

An update - Contacted ParkIt360 support and JJ suspected the red and green wires at the relay were reversed. I opened up the panel and he was correct. Swapped the wires and the unit now correctly applies trailer brakes when stationary, then automatically releases the brakes when forward or reverse is engaged.
