Thanks for making this video. I'm having a rough time coping with some hearing loss and this was comforting for whatever reason.
Stay strong ❤❤❤ Youve got this! You are so powerful! You will get through this i just know it! Sending my love to you ❤❤❤
Lou Ferrigno - The incredible Hulk and one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.
Thanks for the great information. Now I am encouraged to get hearing aids, whenever and if ever I can afford to.
Good morning, Cliff! 😍
love you ❤️❤️❤️ thank you ❤❤❤
Wow ... really interesting, Cliff. 😁
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hey i am a student pursuing my bachelors in audiology. I recently came across an article about the scope of audiology in space research. It would be great if you could make a video elaborating this aspect of audiology.
Guitar Legend Paul Gilbert was inspiration to me, when he announced he was using hearing aids. Last year I purchase a pair of hearing aids.
Rock guitarist Paul Gilbert. For some time he tried to protect his ears wearing headphones even on stage. In some interviews you can see that he barely is able to hear the questions. As far as I know he now wears hearing aids.
Dr.Cliff, can you please make a video on good stethoscopes for physicians/health care providers with hearing loss withe cic or bte hearing aids? Thank you in advance!
+1
Interesting video dr.cliff, but I have a question, how do those celebrities hide their haring aids? I can’t recognize that they wear them in the pictures :O
I have an amplified Littman EKO. It connects to my Phonak app and my HA
Interesting!!
I would rather have hearing loss than tinnitus.
I would rather have tinnitus than hearing loss. Unfortunately I have both
I have tinnitus and it's f'ing annoying. The cure should be here about right now.
Wait cliff hang on a sec did I hear this right will i am and Hallie berry both have a hearing loss?
Stallone apparently Had T as well?
I knew about RayGun.
This has nonthing to do with the video, but how do audiologists decide which headphones or earphones to use before administering a hearing test?
Depends on what they are testing and what physical ear characteristics they are working with.
Mine is high frequency
Same. Above 8000hz.. I think 11500hz I can't hear.
What has them being celebs got to do with hearing loss??
Nothing really. But I'm curious so will watch.
@@alanjenkins2203 it's pure clickbait to get a few extra views and subs
to show that even with hearing loss, it shouldn't hold people back to do great things?
@@sxifster2144 they are simply actors, nothing more.
The cynicism is thick in here. 😂
Tom Araya of Slayer wears hearing aids...and hey if Tom Araya of Slayer can wear hearing aids and still be cool you can too 😉
Do meningitis cause hearing loss
Yes, if the disease is localized to to the basal areas of the skull, then there is a potential to cause middle ear infection by passing the a thin bony roof in the middle ear cavity, which will result in inner ear infection and finally hearing loss..
This video is more suited for TikTok . You see clearly the canal owner trying to generate useless content to pay his bills. I expect series content with topics that really help hearing loss/tinnitus patients.
He's just here to sell hearing aids.
Videos like this draw new patients to the channel where they can see any of my 800+ educational videos on hearing loss and tinnitus. If I'm lucking this video will make me ~$20 over the course of its lifetime. After all of my costs, this video will probably lose me money. 😂
@@juancarlosnavas1 you mean kind of like how you're wasting my time now? You're a gem. 😂
@@DrCliffAuD 🤣
William Shatner is another
Your voice audio has a persistent distortion component that is very irritating, similar to the way fingernails on a chalkboard is for some people. At least to me. I limit or minimize watching your videos because of this by skipping through much of them or just stop watching. Other UA-camr's videos are fine. Many sound very good and only have this issue on yours. Your audio sounds way over processed and this distortion (or processing artifacts) seems present across all your videos. I realize that perhaps my ears are perhaps sensitive to distortion as I only utilize high qualily audio equipment and speakers even on my computer for most of my life now being 67. Thanks!
That's weird, I receive overwhelming comments about how much better my audio is compared to other creators on UA-cam. 🤔🤷
Dr. cliff sounds good to me and I am HOH…
@@DrCliffAuD Thanks for replying. Other then the low level distortion your audio is very good. I imagine most people do not notice since it is not very audible. Sorry for the trouble.
tin eye tus. and that's the way you say it.
Not that I would consider him a celebrity, but Adolf Hitler also suffered Tinnitus.
What makes you think that?
plus Bill Clinton
Blablablaaaaa
That's what I was thinking about your comment. 😂
@@DrCliffAuD 🤣 ah same here I really don't think this dude gets it though
