If you already have V Collection and all the free packs, paying for more packs (to add to the thousands of sounds you already own) seems less and less relevant.
That's on you, buddy. If you don't like something, or if it's a waste of money, then just don't buy it. But don't tell other people they're "wrong" because they love something or how they spend their money. M'kay?@@origin178
With this level of expression built into their software it's a crying shame Arturia have yet to produce an affordable MPE /Poly AT controller to use with it. It has to be coming right?
I asked them and said nothing on the roadmap; i ended up buying a waldorf iridium, but it’s a shame because it’s so close to pigments and i would love the duality of hardware and software
@@lancelotmkIII i got rid of iridium because no chance for it to have companion plug like pigments, or any for that matter. arturia raising a plank with polybrute vst and minifreak. time for pigments in a flesh 😹 (proper mpe PixelLab would do, as next KeyLab is due).
Pigments is on sale for $50 on a store called proaudiostar and for that price it's an absolute steal. Even Arturia's normal sale price is really good considering the generous free updates.
@@nervousneighbour I know but I'd just get the entire V Collection instead of just buying one device. I got a used Keylab essential which come with Mini V and Analog Lab which I regularly.
@@HOLLASOUNDS I finally caved in last year and grabbed it… then I instantly paid the $99 again this year to upgrade to the most current version of Analog X… both versions were worth every penny… and now Pigments 5 is out, which was a free upgrade… Arturia is crushing the VST game honestly. I haven’t touched Vital or Serum since I purchased Pigments. 👍🏻
Man, I really don't understand all this fuss about absurdly expensive neo-analog synthesizers and Eurorack stuff and so on. One can get Pigments at a fraction of the prize and blow them all away in every sense.
Hej! Thanx a lot! Whats about cobranding it with expressive e osmose? 8h to go with the car, nearly 700km and it’s not Grenoble but same country, language and maybe first only a short email. Definitly more near by than Roli of Haken… I tried yesterday with a lack of sudden octaves playing but with the expressive presets wunderfull and an unexspected glorious result!!! Ahoi
This is not a criticism! Really make a musical arrangement, rock, classical, blues, jazz, rhythm, etc. Not just incoherent noises. A presentation must be energetic, which gives the maximum of the machine, to its limits.
the synth is a must have for your collection. thank you to the Arturia family for providing the community with the tools to shape the future. 🖤🙌
Super excited about Pigments 5.0. Equally well presented in an inspirational way by Lena
So much inspiration in one synth. It's unbelievable. I'll forever be grateful to you guys for developing such a great instrument!
So excited for v5, can’t wait to dig into all the new features and presets!
Pigments 5 sounds so crisp, so analog, so THICK / LUSH, so clean… it is the update we needed!
So nice you have a Virus B sitting on the desk. Nice demo!
Thank you, so inspiring! Would love to see more videos like this.
Noted! Thanks a lot for watching.
Pigments will be my first purchased virtual synthesizer.I downloaded the Demo version and it is really very good, especially for such a small price.
MPE... you keep saying that word... can't wait to see Arturia's take on an MPE controller!
I already began yesterday! thanks for making this helpful and deep dive video Lena!
Man, these are so beautiful. Totally worth the money

Oh yeah, and if you hate UA-cam so much, why are you on it? Go outside, or read a book or something. @@origin178
Sounds awesome!

I was just thinking this - maybe one with a MPE sequencer. Roli sounds unstable as a company… so one can hope
Beatstep Pro MPE would be nice!
Team it with expressive e osmose ..I have it and they work perfectly with each other

great composition and explanations. nice job again Arturia
Would have been cool to see and hear these played with the Osmose
Wheres your mpe Controller aturia..🤷
Pigments is the only synth you need...kind of an Iridium in Software...brilliant
Nice to see some classy ladies working with. Arturia products.
Awesome!!!❤❤💯💯
Thanks Arturia!
Now it's time to make a sale on presets please 😊
Im gonna cook something devious with this OMG
Great!
Nice sounds, I make the Update 👍😉
Love the updates. Just wish pigments would allow you to sample into the sample section directly instead of dragging samples in.
Impressive sounds from Arturia, your making want to get Pigments.

What is the software that she plays with? Logic Pro?
Yep
What DAW software is she using?
Logic

The best thing Arturia could do is invest in a complaint process, the only company that doesn't have one, hmm! I wonder why?
Recycled from 80is
eh dunno, is it just me? but i'm not particularly impressed by any of these patches
arturia i want to thank you to give us for free audio-in with pigment 5
