Bunker-Dude is so right. Society is breaking down -- everywhere that you look. All of us in Houston, Texas, are scared to death at night, because of gangs and countless unsolved murders. We don't go out after 7pm, because so many bullets are shot off at night. Too many Americans living in fear. I sure would like to live in one of those Bunkers.
These aren't actually bunkers in the traditional sense, nor were they built to be resistant to any sort of direct attack. These are munitions store houses. They were built for the purpose of storing bombs, missiles, and ammunition. They're built the way they are to contain an accidental explosion/fire and prevent it from spreading to other munitions. The claim that they're built that way to camouflage from satellites is dumb, because the roads leading to the doors are clearly visible, along with topside ventalation for each unit, and the shadows they cast, but don't take my word for it just check google earth.😂 Not to mention that those storage units will likely never be fit for human dwelling because of the lingering chemicals seeped into the concrete. What a bunch of charlatans.
How are they supposed to protect against radiation in a total nuclear winter or from other people in the area desperate for food in a doomsday scenario? I would rather be underground in a hidden location with a radiation proof bunker but the only problem is I don't have any money so I guess I am screwed if the end of the world happens in my lifetime!
@@kristinstrickland1038 If people had their own land it would be cheaper to just build their own underground bunkers! I think they are just trying to sell these empty storage bunkers but it's not realy practical in my opinion or the best choice of place to have a fallout bunker because when people start starving it becomes survival of the fittest and possibly people becoming cannibals so I would rather be in a hidden bunker nobody knows about or could find very easily and not in a community in an end of the world scenario!
In case SHTF……Why would someone want to stay alive just in order to continue a miserable life on a devastated, destroyed and most likely radioactive contaminated planet anyway?
They forgot to account for earthquakes and underground volcanoes. And their water is being piped in from elsewhere and processed above ground as well as is there electrical.
It's not meant to be a forever place and Walmart isn't exactly going to be operational either way. Goods don't spawn in the big box stores and the last big Chinese export America got would have been their nuclear arsenal.
Do they get a lot of Amazon deliveries? Doesn't look like you could shop anywhere there. Is there a medical bunker or once you become useless to them they end it for you instead of someone having to take care of you?
Didn't you watch the video? *They are fully self-sufficient.* They built all their furniture, generators, Starlink dishes, gun safes, and pickup trucks out of locally grown tumble weeds and frozen prairie dogs.
Think about the location. Cold as hell. The foreign enemies still have that area covered. No one will be walking ,let alone driving there. Once the door closes..be psychologically prepared to be totally isolated from everything. So much to consider. Can you really survive a nuclear holocaust? Do you want to survive it? Lot of money too.

@@patsanzone8019 When calamity strikes, societies adapt. We adapt either through the invisible hand of the economy or direct government action (like FEMA). When the big one hits, the bunker people will be begging for assistance from society.
What kills me is they built these in a part of the country that would be absolutely glassed in a nuclear conflict because of the missle field's. So not only would you have to get there before the first hits to avoid going through hundreds of miles of a radioactive wasteland, you'd also be stuck forever. No outside access because I'd be to hot. Somewhere honestly like the south or deserts away from major population centers and out of the wind ranges for the radiation is better then the middle of ALL the radiation lol
Oh how wrong you are. There are NO silos with misses in them anywhere in South Dakota. They have been removed a long time ago. Take a good look at what would be a target if there were a nuclear war. South Dakota is not it.
They're not actually worried about nuclear war; 'overpopulation and crime in the big cities' is the mantra repeated over and over and over again. Just fear of the 'unwashed masses' overwhelming their authoritarian impulses.
Naw the mass populated regions are soft targets like NYC and most of the East Coast. 80% of US population is east of there. By the time anything even gets here the masses would be finished off already.
1 You DONT actually own the bunker's you LEASE it for 99 years for $55,000 2 There are HOA fees one for $1,091 annually & $108 monthly for maintenance Last usury taxation is illegal the owners of Vivios x point should let us OWN our bunkers
Bunkers are nice but living next to a bunch of retired cops would be the last place i would live. You imagine the lies and theft problem caused by your neighbors that think they are above the law. No thanks.
In the 50s and 60s, you could have your suburban home outfitted with a fully functional fallout shelter in your backyard or under your home. That seems like a better idea as you can live your life then escape easily to your shelter. A shelter in the middle of nowhere is pretty useless in terms of logistics and I wouldn't trust an "affordable" bunker. How much are the rich paying for theirs? It's not $55k.
Doomsday bunkers? In South Dakota? I'm not seeing how South Dakota is an intelligent location for a bunker. Its in the general area of the U.S. nuclear silos, which are primary targets, AND then there's Yellowstone, which scientists claim could blow anytime in the near future. Not to mention that its flat, with zero concealment should a ground force enter the area. Your bunker would become your tomb because all they'd do is locate the ventilation ducts and its game over.
These bunkers are out in the middle of nowhere. Unless an owner lives less than a 20 minute drive away, how would he or she get to that bunker if there is a warning of inbound nuclear missiles? By private helicopter? From Los Angeles or Seattle? It seems to me, it would be far better to have a bunker/fallout shelter beneath one's home or place of business that could be accessed in under two minutes. Another thing that strikes me about these bunkers is it looks like each has only one entry/exit. If something blocks that entry/exit, how would the people sheltering inside the bunker get out? Most newly installed underground fallout shelters have an emergency escape tunnel to the surface in addition to the regular entry/exit through the blast door. The third thing that I notice is the geography/climate of the location. Now lets say the worst has happened. There as been a nuclear war and you somehow made it to your South Dakota bunker before the missiles struck and have spent a month inside that bunker until the radiation levels have dropped to a safer level. When you finally emerge from the bunker you are on an arid, treeless prairie that gets very, very cold in the winter. Maybe it is not winter time. Temperatures can be very high in summer in South Dakota and rainfall is scarce all year. Where are the trees you would cut for firewood to keep you warm for the coming winters? Where is the fertile farmland that gets plenty of rainfall and has a long enough growing season for raising a variety of food crops? The survivors will need to grow more than the usual irrigated wheat and sunflowers produced by Big Ag in South Dakota if they want to survive after their dried food stockpiles are gone. Will they build earth-sheltered greenhouses to extend the growing season? Build enough of them to adequately feed the survivors? And have a reliable source of well water to irrigate those greenhouse crops? And a way to power the well pumps? The survivors will probably need livestock too if they want to have eggs, milk, cheese, bacon, chicken meat, beef steaks, etc. ever again. Are there bunkers for livestock too? How about after it is safe to release the livestock? Are there irrigated fields for livestock pasture? Livestock barns, silos, seed corn, machinery for planting vast fields of hay, oats and other livestock feed? Do these bunker owners have experience with animal husbandry/ranching? Or perhaps the plan is those bunker owners who survive a nuclear war or some other nationwide catastrophe will travel hundreds of miles -- on foot or by bicycle -- to find a better climate, better soil and better levels of rainfall for subsistence agriculture and for wood lots for firewood. Perhaps Washington state or northern California is the destination. Or perhaps the plan, if there is a plan, is to get to Ohio or somewhere east or south of there. And perhaps the bunker owners have planned but not tested ways to not die from starvation, bad drinking water or encounters with unfriendly strangers on that long journey. And, oh yeah, some of the survivors will have to be experienced farmers and ranchers able to work cooperatively with other survivors who are also experienced in agriculture just to grow/raise/preserve enough food to keep from starving during each winter and spring. And some of them will have to have lumberjack and building skills using only hand tools to fell trees, cut lumber and build houses and barns and livestock pens.
According to google maps the bunker city is 1hr 33min (71mi) /1day walk from Black Hills National forest,so...not necessarily an arid treeless prairie hellscape.
In this case, I think the saying, "The solution is worse than the problem," is applicable. But if a meteor is coming and the end of the world is about to happen, maybe I'll change my mind.
Any smart person with a survival mindset isn't going to buy one of these bunkers in the middle of a community of other bunkers with people. The biggest problem with this IS the community part. What do you think is going to happen when your "neighbors" run out of their supplies? Hell no! This would be like living in an Apocalyptic Governed Home owners association. A nightmare where "the leadership" decides people need to split up supplies so everyone has what they need to live or let's say something very bad does happen and "the leadership decides that the women have to be shared in order to repopulate like in some twisted 28 Days Later BS? Over a period of time, mental health would break down, and F-ed up stuff would start to happen. Im not saying these people with a survival mindset are bad, sh!t, Im one of them, but to put yourself, your family, and everything you've worked so hard to build in the middle of a "community" of people you have to trust is instantly.
Also the fact that C19 showed people how dependent we were on the food system. You need to have a skill and know how to be self-sufficient. If your food source is cut off, just like water, heat, etc. you are most definitely fkd

Consider what happened to just toilet paper supplies during the "pandemic". You don't have to actually have a crisis, only the public perception of one to stir the public into a murderous mob. It doesn't have to be the "end of days", even just the social media noise by certain people can tip off insane actions.

Poor sources of groundwater there, which I guess the army didn't care about when they originally made these storage bunkers but for human habitation, it's kind of important. If you look at either the SD or national groundwater monitoring maps, this thing sits in a barren gap between aquifers.

I didn't see any vehicles parked beside bunkers. I doubt many have sold. And a lot will go back to the seller when people decide the HOA is too much for them to afford.
Are there pop,e actually living there now? I assumed that the buyer will fix it up and then travel to it if the SHTF.
If I knew the Mad Max Days were coming, I wouldn't buy a house next to 532 crazy people.
No, we can’t let criminals take over a run underground. We have to take our Country back from the criminals.
You sound like a coward. Grow a pair.

Where’s your guns?
@Murray-dy8jt
Did you even watch the video?? Everything you said it doesn't have is literally in the video!
I'm in the majority of the "NOT KNOWING" ... are these bunkers really REALLY full proof against all the things on the list he gave at the beginning???
These aren't actually bunkers in the traditional sense, nor were they built to be resistant to any sort of direct attack.
These are munitions store houses.
They were built for the purpose of storing bombs, missiles, and ammunition.
They're built the way they are to contain an accidental explosion/fire and prevent it from spreading to other munitions.
The claim that they're built that way to camouflage from satellites is dumb, because the roads leading to the doors are clearly visible, along with topside ventalation for each unit, and the shadows they cast, but don't take my word for it just check google earth.😂
Not to mention that those storage units will likely never be fit for human dwelling because of the lingering chemicals seeped into the concrete.
What a bunch of charlatans.
Those bunkers are useless.
The best part is the buyers don't realize it ❤
true.. it’s not underground
@@raptorman48They really shouldn't broadcast this. Most people wouldn't know they were there.
@@scotthalverson722we have earthquakes in Oklahoma. Mountains are volcanoes!
@@scotthalverson722That shits going to freeze over like the last few ice ages ...
you can bet in a video game this would be the bunker you find full of goods, and nobody alive.
I didn't happen to notice if anyone was growing any food?
Bugging out is great as long as you can get to Walmart to get your Chinese owned pork.
Well it is winter out so.... besides if they have a bunker or two with a food growing Operation I'm sure they would be not wanting to show it.
*They are fully self-sufficient.*
They built all their furniture, generators, Starlink dishes, gun safes, and pickup trucks out of locally grown tumble weeds and frozen prairie dogs.
Kind of like Gilligan's Island, they could all build a stage but they couldn't build a raft or a boat. Thanks.@@DemPilafian
There are doctors and dentists there already. In addition there is a substantial permanent population of people there now too.
Patients get sent to the Y-17 facility for de-traumatization.
@@DemPilafian😂😂😂😂
Think about the location. Cold as hell. The foreign enemies still have that area covered. No one will be walking ,let alone driving there. Once the door closes..be psychologically prepared to be totally isolated from everything. So much to consider. Can you really survive a nuclear holocaust? Do you want to survive it? Lot of money too.
I'd rather die in the first wave than liveable post apocalyptic existence
Good, more scared and fearful 20-something's Ladies that will want an older man to protect them, feed them, and breed them, then (afterwards) teach them how to carry me babies.
Yes, these types of videos make it look like people are on vacation. 😂
boy I agree
I agree because once the food and water runs out, you are screwed.
No cattle, no trees, no gardens. They'll quickly deplete resources and find they'll have no better of a situation.
Nice but wouldn't want to live around crazies that believe the end is near. All I see out of this as he talks is a big scam. People are so paranoid.
So, what do you do after a year when all your supplies run out? These buyers have been watching too many doomsday movies and don't realize that life would be a lot harder than any movie.
Probably not as hard as yours or mine

They probably are just trying to ride out the storm.
Most likely, the Bunker will die of starvation.
Fallout usually dissipates in about 2 weeks, radiation will only hang around the blast point.
You're just making stuff up to fit your preconceived argument.
1 You DONT actually own the bunker's you LEASE it for 99 years for $55,000
2 There are HOA fees one for $1,091 annually & $108 monthly for maintenance
Last usury taxation is illegal the owners of Vivios x point should let us OWN our bunkers
Exactly HOA they dont call it that , but that is what it will become, they can kick youi out,.

Bunkers are nice but living next to a bunch of retired cops would be the last place i would live. You imagine the lies and theft problem caused by your neighbors that think they are above the law. No thanks.
These are people who live in fear everyday.
Those bunkers won’t save them…..😂
What are you going to do when the super volcano erupts and covers you with hundreds of feet of lava and ash?
Dinosaur remains are everywhere in the black hills so 1,000,000 years from now somebody be digging around the hills and they be like wtf
Think more than half the plant would rather die than move to South Dakota
😂😂😂
Don't knock it.
South Dakota is much better when you live inside a windowless concrete bunker.
I believe they are counting on that
Its a safe space for rednecks.
That Vicenzi guy is smart. He’s getting rich off of the conspiracy theorists. You notice he didn’t say that he’s got a bunker out there! 😂
another right wing grifter.
Why hasn't anyone planted trees?
I'm saving up my bottle caps
These are getting expensive. They were 35k now 55k.
All good points which is why the DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases) are already inhabited.
There won’t be any survivors.
According to google maps the bunker city is 1hr 33min (71mi) /1day walk from Black Hills National forest,so...not necessarily an arid treeless prairie hellscape.
How about you spend your time writing seven paragraphs about your better plan for social unrest or war?
They think they will emerge from the bunkers as the only survivors, just to look for help from other survivors 😂😂😂😂
Used to work with these type of igloos, moisture is a problem. Only one way in, if the door is blocked you're screwed.
In this case, I think the saying, "The solution is worse than the problem," is applicable. But if a meteor is coming and the end of the world is about to happen, maybe I'll change my mind.
Thanks for letting us know where to go.
Super volcano if that goes off no dome will save you
Also the fact that C19 showed people how dependent we were on the food system. You need to have a skill and know how to be self-sufficient. If your food source is cut off, just like water, heat, etc. you are most definitely fkd
I can’t imagine what could happen that would force people to live in bunkers. Then again I could imagine, but such a catastrophe wouldn’t spare even those inside the bunkers. Folks stop fearing death, it’s a necessary transition.
it's not even underground...just a brick building not even safe..imo

It doesn't have to be the "end of days", even just the social media noise by certain people can tip off insane actions.
What about health care?

You think you're prepared but you're in the same boat as everyone else. The only escape is death and how to maneuver after death to prevent being trapped back in the physical. It's why this shit is so funny 😂😂😂
When the day of the lord comes, not even those bunkers are going to save you.
